Once again, we enjoyed a delicious meal of fresh, high-quality ingredients. The carefully prepared cuisine, enhanced by cooking over a wood fire, offers unique flavors that we particularly appreciated. A big thank you to Chef Alexandre and his entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This is a place that is truly worth a visit. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone passing through Aups.

27/11/2025: On vacation, we got a little lost in the village of Levie (very beautiful with stunning scenery). Only one restaurant was open. We went in… the wooden door looked like a house. This was confirmed when we entered. A "homey" atmosphere with a fireplace and a stone pizza oven (wood-fired) overlooking the room. For my main course, I had a pizza: I think it was the best pizza I've ever eaten… my partner had a slice of leg of lamb cooked over a wood fire… simply delicious. This restaurant is a wonderful discovery. You can feel the "family" atmosphere and the true "Corsican" character (we only saw locals since it was November, outside of the summer and school holidays). In any case… you can go there without hesitation!

31/10/2025: We ordered four pizzas, but one of them was burnt! However, the other three were excellent! The service was very good, although three pizzas arrived very quickly while the other took a while. The prices were quite low. I enjoyed this place, but I don't know if I'll go back.

13/04/2026: Rôtisserie Henri IV is a pleasant and cozy brasserie. A very nice wine list, with champagnes by the bottle. There is also a separate board with champagnes and wines by the glass. For starters, the frog legs and escargots are recommended. After that, a piece of grilled meat. Don't expect refined dishes, but it is tasty. The fries could be fried a little less crispy 😉
