16/04/2026: From the food to the staff, everything is top-notch! While passing through the area on vacation, we discovered this pizzeria and what a wonderful find! The owner is charming and incredibly friendly! Completely won over, we went back three times during the week! I highly recommend it!

08/04/2026: A nice, quiet meal. Friendly and quick service with a cheerful atmosphere. The burger and pizza were very good. I'll definitely repeat the experience.

19/08/2026: We had a wonderful time as a family. The price reflects the quality of the food, evident in every dish. (The only downside was that, as we don't drink much wine, we opted for wine by the glass. The portion served was very small, so we ordered more of the same wine. In the end, four small glasses of wine were much more expensive (over €60) than if we had ordered a bottle!)

The dishes sourced from the Occitan region, the flavors and their combinations, the portions, the cooking methods, the sauces, the champagne, the wines, the Chef, his wife in the dining room... and him too, the setting, the ambiance... and the jams: absolutely nothing to criticize. We eagerly await the "back-to-school" menu.

26/08/2026: Amazing Italian food nestled in the charming Montmartre neighborhood. Extensive Italian wine selection (for when you get tired of French wines). Panama cotta was heavenly.

28/08/2026: A charming little family-run restaurant serving Catalan-Vietnamese cuisine. It's excellent, surprising, and original. Located on a hillside, under wisteria, just above the Llo baths. The service is warm and friendly; we always return with great pleasure.

09/08/2026: As former regulars at Cohé and fans of Mr. Angelaud's cuisine, it had been two years since our last visit, as we no longer live in the area. We started by going to L'Echo, the wine bar, where the service was impeccable and the waiters were very friendly. Then we went down to Cohé for dinner. The atmosphere is intimate, and the tables are spaced far apart, providing the kind of privacy we appreciate. The service is, as always, perfect; everything is there: the descriptions of the dishes, the service, the friendliness, and the professionalism. The dishes are beautifully presented, balanced, and delicious. It's gourmet, but just the right amount. Bravo to Maison Angelaud! A must-visit restaurant in Pessac. We will return as soon as we have the opportunity.
