11/12/2025: Exceptional restaurant. There's a real effort to be original while still retaining what we love about Korean cuisine. The ingredients are very fresh and of excellent quality, far exceeding the usual standards, at reasonable prices and with generous portions. And finally, we were always given a warm welcome!

04/05/2026: A typical and very pleasant Parisian brasserie in the heart of the Marais. The welcome is warm and the service is efficient despite the crowds. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, ideal for a coffee or a quick lunch. The food is good quality and the prices are reasonable for the neighborhood. A great place to take a break after a historical stroll.

28/04/2026: The food was once again surprisingly creative and first-class. The service, however, was not. It seemed very distant, at times bordering on arrogance. They gave the impression of being too cool for the job. There was no assistance or recommendations with our order, nor was there even a quick check-in to see if we were comfortable or if the food was satisfactory. The icing on the cake: a birthday that had been communicated in writing beforehand was completely ignored. Even a "Happy Birthday" balloon prominently placed on the table was disregarded. This is where the problem lies in their customer service. Perhaps a little less posturing and a little more attention and genuine interest in the guest would be better. The apology voucher for two glasses of wine that we received by email the following day did nothing to compensate for this.

26/04/2026: Excellent dinner, perfect from start to finish, a delight of finesse and flavor with a consistently high level of quality, which is rare. The food and wine pairing was excellent despite an incident with a disappointing wine, which was immediately and graciously replaced with an even better, delicious wine. Excellent service, and the entire team was friendly and welcoming. Extraordinary value for money; I highly recommend it.

03/05/2026: In a tastefully decorated space, the La Fabrique building evokes its industrial origins, but with functional elements and an efficient design. The surprise culinary journey we embarked on was not only a delightful discovery but also a delight for the taste buds. Everything was composed with taste and precision. A skillful blend of interwoven European and Asian flavors. And for good reason... But I'll let the Chef tell you about it. Nothing is superfluous, nothing is out of place. Everything fits together deliciously with each bite. If we hadn't had a view of the kitchen, we might have wondered if the preparations and plating were done with pipettes, beakers, and laboratory scales... A marvel of precision and impeccable presentation. All accomplished at record speed. The perfectly paced timing made for a successful evening. I'll conclude by commending the professionalism of the entire team and their unwavering kindness throughout the entire service. I won't be posting any photos of the place or the food intentionally, to leave the surprise for those planning to have lunch or dinner there. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates fine cuisine, whether French, European, or international. Bravo!

07/05/2026: We just had a wonderful time at "La Vieille Porte" restaurant (there were eight of us). The welcome was excellent, and all the staff were very pleasant. The place is lovely, and the food is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It's a blend of everything that will tantalize your taste buds. Each dish will surprise you with an unexpected flavor! Incredible variations. The seven-course menu, paired with wines, was enjoyed with great pleasure. The service and explanations were impeccable. More than just a recommendation for food lovers, it's a must-try! The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

23/05/2026: Hello, this is my second visit. Truly, hats off to you for the excellent cuisine, congratulations! One minor point: there were two of us, my mother and I, seated at the table near the entrance, next to the high table. It's very strange to have a view of other customers' feet when eating at the lower table, especially since we were unlucky because it was the day you had regulars, including a gentleman who spoke very loudly—I now know his whole life story…—and your waiter was often at their table with his back to us, so we often had a view of his backside. 😂🤣 That table was peculiar.

09/05/2026: A truly flawless experience at this establishment, one of the last to offer impeccable service delivered by excellent waiters. Thank you to Jean and Emmanuel for their advice and professionalism, as well as the cheesemonger who expertly guided us in our cheese selection. The cuisine is truly refined, and the chef and his team are dedicated to satisfying even the most demanding customers, such as my vegetarian wife. A culinary masterpiece. We will be back.
