08/06/2025: I wish I could give more than a 5. This restaurant cooks over a fire in the fireplace, the surroundings is just what you picture France to be. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the restaurant is cozy with local product for sale

15/12/2024: Perfect evening! The dishes are very beautiful and good. The truffle pizza is very tasty, a small downside for the cherry tomatoes but that's the only negative point of the evening. The gourmet coffee is super beautiful and the decoration has real taste interest. The service is very pleasant and very attentive. In short, good food and impeccable service + very good value for money. I highly recommend!

02/09/2024: Anlässlich unserer 3 1/2 wöchigen Rundreise durch die Normandie und Bretagne besuchten wir in Cherbourgh mittags das Le Patio . Äußerlich ein sehr geschmackvolles und angenehmes Restaurant, der Service war ruhig und aufmerksam. Kleine Speisekarte (je 3 Gerichte ) auf einer Tafel , sowohl die Vorspeise (Ravioli) als auch das Hauptgericht (Fleisch) bis hin zum Dessert (Käse /Schoko) waren absolut Spitze ! Waren häufiger auch mittags essen , zusammen mit Wein , Kaffe , Wasser für einen unschlagbaren Preis ! Vielen Dank , das Essen war ein Genuss und eine Freude !

29/07/2024: We ate here on a Saturday evening after a long sail from Southampton. We had visited previously and had really enjoyed it. This visit did not disappoint. The food was again excellent - full of flavour and beautifully presented. We both had the Charolais steak, which was cooked to perfection (saignant, of course!), and accompanied by a rich tasty jus and roasted vegetables. Starters of veal medallions and salt and pepper crusted salmon were equally delicious. Service was professional and friendly, and very efficient. The wine list may have also been excellent, but when we asked nicely whether we could bring our own wines (as we did last time) we were able to do this, so did not need to consult their list. All in all, this was again an amazing evening: outstanding food, friendly and efficient service, with the option of the “droit de bouchon” (corkage) as well. Chapeau, Le Patio!

07/12/2024: Very happy to have discovered this gem of a restaurant near me. I have passed by so many times without stopping, that today I will be able to go there wondering why I waited so long!!! A superb setting as beautiful inside as outside. A cuisine with real old-fashioned dishes that are so exquisite, with quality service. I think the last time I ate sweetbreads was when I was a catering apprentice. I can't wait to come back to taste all their specialties. Thank you and well done🙏👍

07/09/2024: We ended up here for a little romantic meal, having to admit that it wasn't our first choice. However, several other restaurants were closed, so we finally ate at La Marine. The surprise was good. A wide choice on the menu combines land and sea, accompanied by a very extensive wine list (even if some prices are surprising to say the least). The food is good, even very good. Without being excessive, the prices are rather high but the quality is there. A good recommendation!

09/09/2024: Nothing to complain about the dishes, copious and very good raw vegetable salad, 1/2 excellent munster flamkuche and very good iced kougelhopf, with a kir crémant aperitif, 1 glass of white wine and coffee, nothing to complain about the price when it comes to the very service Good waitress, smiling and helpful. I recommend.
