22/05/2026: Staying at a hotel, I stumbled upon this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise! The waiter greeted us with a smile and a cheerful demeanor. The food was refined, and the wine selection by the glass was diverse, including, of course, a local Savagnin.
The dishes are homemade and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the modern twist on spring rolls.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

28/05/2026: This restaurant is an absolute must-try. The chef and owner is passionate about his work and loves using quality ingredients to create delicious dishes. The waiter, equally passionate, is helpful and very professional. The two work together perfectly to provide impeccable service.
I tried the fisherman's stew, and it was absolutely delicious. The wine pairing was perfect.

Also, the service needs improvement.
Otherwise, the price-quality ratio is decent.

The waiters are attentive, and the dishes are simple yet excellent, featuring traditional French cuisine with a few international options. My mother loves to gather us there with her grandchildren on Wednesdays. Remember to book ahead.

24/05/2026: Two stays at this establishment, a year apart, and each time the same warm and welcoming atmosphere, spacious and well-equipped rooms at a very reasonable price, and an affordable breakfast with good quality products. A lovely terrace. The overnight package I tried last year was perfect. This type of establishment, which prioritizes customer service and comfort, deserves our support and is truly appreciated.

25/05/2026: A very nice restaurant, open all day, offering simple but very good and inexpensive dishes (the crepes are delicious).
Their beer menu is a real treat with excellent local beers. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which is very pleasant. Located in the city center, practically under the Jacquemart clock tower, and just steps from the market halls, it's a little restaurant/bar just the way we like them!
16/05/2026: Excellent place! Pleasant setting, welcoming staff, and top-notch service! The galettes were generous and really delicious, plus a great selection of craft beers. I'll gladly return to Les Moulins Bleus! Highly recommended!

Still more expensive on weekends than other all-you-can-eat buffets because they're homemade, which is a change and can introduce new flavors.
