The cuisine is authentic, generous, and refined, showcasing fresh, seasonal produce from local farmers. We particularly appreciated the balance between tradition and creativity, with dishes prepared with care and a real focus on quality. An ideal gourmet spot to share a lovely time in the Sologne region, which I recommend without hesitation. Bravo!

07/09/2026: A wonderful time at Jadis for our wedding. The restaurant/terrace was privately booked for 34 guests plus a DJ. The team at Jadis was fantastic, with Sandra and Thomas at the helm. Thomas in the kitchen – everything was delicious – Sandra was attentive to every detail (decor, food, logistics...) and Julien in the dining room was responsive and attentive. Efficient and friendly. We recommend it 100%!

31/08/2026: This was the best onion soup I've had in France!!! I've been to several restaurants that are supposedly famous, but... almost all of them were so salty that I ended up constantly eating baguette, and I was thirsty for a long time after the meal. However, the onion soup here wasn't salty and was seasoned just right, so I really enjoyed it. Yum yum 😋

30/08/2026: We had a lovely lunch at Café Marguerite. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful recommending the best French dishes on offer. A massive shoutout especially to our kind and friendly Colombian waiter Sebastian (I think that was his name). We ordered the snails, duck confit and the Cordon Bleu and each dish were wonderfully prepared and very tasty.

26/07/2026: A spectacular meal, the wines recommended by the waitress who also spoke Spanish were spot on. The duck was a little tough, but that's the only negative point I'd mention. The ceviche and the French toast dessert were delicious. I had a fantastic meal! 🙌🏻

23/07/2026: All the food was delicious as was the wine. We had the crevice, truffle eggs, and steak tartare along with a nice bottle of wine. Service was excellent and very friendly. The restaurant is located in a nice, fairly quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our meal outdoors on a very pleasant evening. I would certainly return.

We stopped for lunch on our way home and were looking for a charming and authentic place, which is exactly what we found here!
