The owner is passionate about his craft and wonderfully explains the work, the cooking methods, and the origin of the products without being condescending.
The rum baba added a wonderful roundness and a palpable comfort to the palate.
As a Top Chef fan, I know the cuisine, and as they say on that show: I'M IN!
Thank you for your hard work.

Be warned, the portions are very generous.

Everything was perfect, from the service to the food, and the location itself—a magical place where it's lovely to linger. 😁 Lunch was so delicious that we booked a table for next Thursday. 😊😁 You can go there without hesitation! 😑
