15/09/2026: Discovered during a business trip. The food is delicious and the service is fast. Main course and dessert were served in under an hour, even though the restaurant was quite full. The owner works alone, so there might be a bit of a wait if it's busy, but it's still reasonable, and the service is pleasant!

28/09/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised by what we had on Saturday night... Finally, a restaurant where you don't feel like you're eating at home! We received a very warm welcome, and the service was excellent! The flavors were sublime, and the meat was cooked to perfection. We enjoyed a brioche appetizer and an amuse-bouche... We had a wonderful meal! I just wish there had been a few more dessert options. It was a truly delightful surprise. I highly recommend it.

22/08/2026: Impatient people beware! My first time at La Paillote, arrived at 7:18 pm, first tapas at 8 pm. Good, but the sea bream rillettes at €10 is a bit excessive for me. Two very good and well-presented main courses, no complaints there. As for the Pavlova, my favorite dessert, meh, I've had much better. Too sweet and no fruit, just a tiny strawberry insert. I'll let you judge for yourselves. A bill of €100 for two is still relatively high. Finished at 9:30 pm for 2 cocktails, 2 tapas, 2 main courses, 2 coffees, and a dessert. In short, an ideal restaurant for digesting between courses 😉

19/08/2026: Delicious food, everything is homemade and it shows. I'm usually a bit wary of beachfront restaurants, but this one is definitely worth a visit. Between the cozy decor and the top-notch service, everything enhances the chef's cuisine even more!

28/09/2026: A charming little bistro in the heart of Vaison. A warm welcome with staff taking the time to explain the menu, and we followed their recommendations. A wonderful discovery, with generous and delicious homemade cuisine. Grilled octopus with aioli, mustard-flavored andouillette sausage, and rum baba delighted our taste buds. We will be back. 21/09/2026: A warm welcome. The menu changes very little, which benefits the consistently high quality of the dishes offered. Absolutely recommended. There's not a single bad thing to eat there.
