28/09/2026: We came on Monday and had a fantastic meal! Sitting at the counter, it was a real pleasure to watch the chefs cook. Thank you to them and to the two amazing waitresses!

25/09/2026: I loved the wide variety of sashimi and the miso soup! It's the best restaurant in the 19th arrondissement.

12/06/2026: The best burgers in Nantes!! The burgers are super delicious and generous. The fries are homemade with love by Maki. Mali is super friendly and jokes around with us. He even introduces us to specialties from his country, like bananas dipped in deep-fried oil! Not to mention the excellent value for money (€11 for a large, generous burger and homemade fries). I highly recommend it; it's one of the best places in Nantes!!

We chose the 10-course tasting menu at La Fontaine l'Artiste et le Cuisiner, and what a treat… from appetizer to dessert, everything was absolutely perfect! The cuisine is bold, original, and full of surprises, truly elevating each ingredient. The combinations are daring, the flavors are crafted with finesse, and each dish is a genuine discovery. The service mirrors the cuisine: warm, friendly, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this superb moment. If you love wonderful culinary discoveries, go and try it: you won't be disappointed! We will be back with great pleasure.

19/10/2026: Passing through Redon for a work project, I stumbled upon this charming restaurant with its family atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always smiling and welcoming. The cuisine is traditional but perfectly executed and delicious. It's a pleasure to feel so well received and cared for. Thank you to the whole team. I highly recommend it if you're passing through. Even better, make a detour; you won't be disappointed.

As for the cuisine, very surprising; you can feel that the chef is working with love for his dishes in the kitchen. Great balanced flavor combinations that come together wonderfully. 20/09/2026: Without exaggeration, the best restaurant I have been to. The experience is perfect every time. The food is absolutely phenomenal, excellent value for money. The service is top tier - both Abou the chef and the server are so, so welcoming, warm, professional and helpful. One of my friends had a particular dietary requirement and Abou was so accommodating and attentive. She was absolutely delighted. Quite simply the best food, amazing quality - all local and fresh - in the perfect setting.

23/09/2026: Always fantastic, we happily returned for the new season at the theater, which is just 100 meters away. We arrived at the restaurant around 7:15 pm and were seated at the theater by 8:30 pm. The dishes were as delicious as ever, and the wine pairings were spot on. The perfect combination. We can't wait to go back.

21/09/2026: Hello, there are a few things that need improvement: it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to be served the starter, and the portion was quite small. The bill was excessive. Otherwise, the atmosphere was lovely.

28/08/2026: A charming little family-run restaurant serving Catalan-Vietnamese cuisine. It's excellent, surprising, and original. Located on a hillside, under wisteria, just above the Llo baths. The service is warm and friendly; we always return with great pleasure.
