15/12/2024: We came to spend the weekend in Sanary and chose this restaurant based on the positive reviews on Google. I highly recommend this restaurant, everything was perfect, the welcome, the kindness of the servers, the dishes were delicious, from starter to dessert as well as the wine. The service is fast, warm, and the servers take the time to advise you warmly. The restaurant is well positioned, close to the sea, the Christmas market and the illuminations. We had a great time, thank you and congratulations for your professionalism.

04/07/2025: Good but not enough in quantity on the plates for the price, it's not normal! Both the savory dishes are too light, and the desserts are nicely presented but even a 10-year-old would still be hungry! My advice is to think about a side dish with the dishes! Service needs to be reviewed! Disrespectful comments! Really disappointed!

14/12/2024: The place is very nice, impeccable service. There is a menu for €36, starter, main course, dessert, so very good value for money. I had 2 starters and a dessert because neither dish tempted me. Excellent onion soup, roasted cauliflower without more and crème brûlée without more either. My friends didn't enjoy it either, it was good but nothing incredible. So great atmosphere and service, food and price are fine, so I recommend

For a very small wedding, we were treated like royalty at this establishment, even though we hadn't even mentioned the happy event that had brought us there. The manager and his team provided us with a special experience of high-quality food, in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The service was impeccable and attentive. Everything was delicious, unexpected, surprising, exotic... All four of us loved this lunch and this happy time spent at Paradoxe, memories of which we will cherish for a long time. Thank you to the entire team; we will be back with great pleasure!

14/12/2024: A very nice discovery, Istres is poor in terms of quantity of high quality restaurants and refinement, but fortunately there is Le Pilon, it is an unmissable place, a family story to which I wish the longest life. The quality is really there, a refined cuisine, in a spirit of more traditional cuisine, it is very copious, lots of flavors, a very beautiful presentation: congratulations to the chef and his team, I highly recommend! The setting is very nice, the music is very good, Nora Jones is a very good choice, the volume is perfect, we can enjoy while chatting without raising our voices! The chef's background is very impressive, he learned from some of the biggest names in French cuisine, well done! The parents, involved in Pilon with their son, can be proud of their son. Back today, it's still just as pleasant, the quality is still there, this afternoon for my wife's birthday, we wanted to have lunch at Pilon, to enjoy a moment of calm and pleasure again . The musical atmosphere is always so soft and pleasant, thank you, we can chat very easily and listen to beautiful music 🎶 I invite you to taste the Spelled Risotto with Scallops, it is really very good, for me, it was a lamb shank which is always so well mastered. Looking forward to a next visit...

14/12/2024: Toujours au top Native de Dieppe , la bekaa est sans hésiter mon restaura t préfère a Dieppe patron méga sympa produits frais au top hier encore pour la vente a emporter jamais déçue et chaque fois qu'on mange libanais ailleurs...on revient toujours la bekaa car c'est ici le mieux MERCI

13/12/2024: I went to l'Aquedat to celebrate our company Christmas meal. We started with a selection of dishes to share: salmon gravlax, foie gras… everything was delicious. Next I had the cod, which was particularly tasty. The team is very nice, I recommend!
