The dishes are carefully prepared and offer excellent flavor combinations. I particularly recommend the perfect egg as a starter! And the service is top-notch.

08/03/2026: As my grandchildren say, this restaurant is amazing! No need to go to Paris or anywhere else, just Pagny-sur-Moselle. Absolutely fantastic! I've tried to find a better place, but I can't. The presentation is beautiful, the taste is incredible, the service was superb, and the icing on the cake is that my grandchildren preferred it to McDonald's and want to come every Wednesday! 😂😂😂😂 Thank you again, and please don't change a thing! 15/03/2026: Staying at the Hotel Florimont with my little dog, I had the pleasure of having lunch and then dinner at the Le Chalet Florimont restaurant, located within the hotel. Where to begin, as the welcome and professionalism of the staff are truly remarkable? You immediately feel welcome and perfectly taken care of throughout the meal. As for the food, it's simply incredible. In the evening, I indulged in two appetizers, a main course, and a dessert… and I would have gladly tried everything on the menu, as each dish was so delicious. The plates were as beautiful as they were tasty, with a refined and elegant presentation. I highly recommend this exceptional establishment. Congratulations to the chef and his entire team for this magnificent culinary experience.
