07/08/2026: This is a very pleasant place to discover. Reservations are essential. The galettes are cooked to perfection, and the fillings are plentiful and delicious. The crêpes served for dessert are simply divine. As for the service, it's impeccable. Efficient, quick, and flawless.

26/08/2026: Everything was perfect! The owners were incredibly kind to our children. I've rarely seen that in a restaurant, and it truly deserves to be highlighted. The food was absolutely delicious. This restaurant is definitely a great place to find it!

20/08/2026: We've (almost) finished our pizzas! They're so loaded that I'm saving some for later, haha. They're delicious and were piping hot when we picked them up, even though it was about a 7-minute drive home. We thoroughly enjoyed them, and my partner, who's a pizza lover, was also very satisfied, so go for it! 😂 The homemade hot sauce was also very good! Absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend these pizzas and this pizzeria, and we'll gladly come back even though we're not from Béziers. 😊 Thanks to the pizza maker who was lovely, gave us a very warm welcome, and offered us a homemade tiramisu as a treat—also delicious! It's made me love tiramisu again! 🤤 See you soon! 😊

30/07/2026: Pleasant setting, attentive and efficient service. Quality home-style cooking with a choice of varied starters and main courses (for me that evening, amberjack with virgin sauce, beef tartare with confit egg yolk, and fries, but with a choice of sides: fries/green beans or salad). The starters weren't very generous, unlike the main courses. The desserts were generous and perfectly executed. A very, very good chocolate mousse: perfection (taste, texture). Excellent rice pudding as well. High marks for the quality of the ingredients. Crispy bread. Air-conditioned restaurant. Spacious, clean restrooms with soap.

If you are looking for a truly fantastic local’s choice Parisian restaurant come here where the people are kind, the food is creatively prepared and satisfying from start to finish (get the brioche!) The talented chef Geoffrey has created delicious sauces to complement the French/Japanese inspired menu. Everything tastes remarkable. You can tell this business is from the heart. Go now before they close for holiday.

01/08/2026: A truly exceptional welcome. The waiter allowed me to have a coffee even though the bar wasn't yet open to the public, but reserved for hotel guests' breakfast. The place is modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. The view of the city is breathtaking. Thanks to the waiter's kindness, I'll definitely be back to try the hotel on my next visit to Lyon. A big thank you!

The chef does an exceptional job: from the perfectly prepared snails as a starter to the main courses (special mention for the pork and fish, cooked to perfection and exquisitely refined). The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious. To top it all off, the service was simply impeccable, attentive, and warm. You can go there without hesitation!

We went for lunch, enjoying the set lunch menu at an unbeatable price for the quality of the food. A particular favorite was the rhubarb sorbet. And thank you for the attentive service.

The ingredients are incredibly fresh and of excellent quality. The dishes are flavorful, original, and perfectly executed. A great wine selection is also available.
