12/05/2026: I wanted to try the lunch special advertised at €12.50. When I arrived, I was given the menu, but I didn't see the special on it, so I went to ask. The woman told me what was included, and I ordered it. Everything was excellent, piping hot, and well-seasoned—no complaints. At the end, they asked if I wanted dessert. Honestly, I wasn't very hungry anymore, but I asked anyway if it was included in the special. They said yes, so I ordered it anyway. When I got to pay, I realized the full special was actually €14.90. Okay, I paid; I wasn't going to quibble over €2.40. But I felt there was a lack of information. The special wasn't explained anywhere. Hence my one-star deduction.

25/05/2026: A magnificent terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun with a glass of wine and a delicious charcuterie board. A must-visit in the 6th arrondissement! In addition to discovering excellent wines on-site, you can purchase some to take home and continue the enjoyment and exploration. An amazing wine cellar where both seasoned connoisseurs and novices will find something to love.

25/05/2026: The welcome was rather peculiar. I explicitly asked for a glass of wine upon entering, and they told me it was possible. They served me the wine, offered me a taste, and I started drinking it on the terrace… only then did they explain that I absolutely had to order a food plate because of their licensing. I can completely understand the regulatory constraints; that's not the issue. But this kind of information should be clearly stated from the outset, before the glass is served, and not once the customer is seated and has started drinking. When I simply pointed out that I felt presented with a fait accompli, the reaction was quite tense and guilt-inducing, which made the experience frankly unpleasant. It's a shame, because a little more transparency and composure would have avoided all of this.

11/05/2026: Discovered a little pizzeria near L'Isle, where we enjoyed an excellent Périgord-style pizza, thin crust with quality ingredients, and a delicious peach panna cotta... a very pleasant and charming atmosphere. The owner and staff are very kind. It was a Sunday evening, and there was nothing else around, so thank you for being open. Christelle Pascal

30/04/2026: A wonderful discovery at Pizzeria des Gours. The setting is simply exceptional, right on the water, with a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The welcome is warm and the service impeccable. The pizzas are excellent: perfect crust, generous toppings, and quality ingredients. A place to recommend without hesitation.

11/12/2025: La Marmite is THE must-visit restaurant in the area. The chef offers authentic gourmet cuisine, prepared with fresh, entirely homemade ingredients. Each dish is carefully crafted, flavorful, and generous. The atmosphere is warm, the service is attentive and professional, everyone is incredibly caring, and despite the high quality of the food, the prices remain very reasonable. It's a real pleasure to find a restaurant that so perfectly combines refinement, conviviality, and value. I highly recommend La Marmite, whether for a meal with family, friends, or for a special occasion, personal or professional. A truly unmissable address!

The pizzas are simply exceptional, the best I've ever eaten, and in my opinion, they remain unsurpassed. The quality is consistently excellent, year after year. The owners are incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. You feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. 09/06/2026: Personally, I was disappointed with my choice of vol-au-vent. There was very little meat, the vol-au-vent was barely warm and crispy, and the bottom was very hard. 🙂‍↕️ I think it was a cheap, ready-made vol-au-vent. There wasn't even time for an aperitif; the main courses arrived immediately.
