01/10/2026: Three stars for the cuisine is justified for a signature dish served cold, and a dessert buffet with the same flavors and textures. Two stars for the service, because taking over forty minutes to take the order and the first course is far too long. The fish and Paimpol beans were excellent.

28/09/2026: Don't let the building's architecture deter you; the interior is very zen and welcoming. The staff are charming, attentive, and easygoing. The restaurant deserves its Michelin star, with beautiful tableware. The brasserie is equally impressive, and the breakfast is outstanding, featuring local products.

01/11/2026: Since the renovations, I find the atmosphere has completely changed. The owner is tense, speaks aggressively, and certainly doesn't make you want to come back (in my opinion). When you order a drink, for example, you expect it within minutes, not 30 minutes later. With all due respect, we found our experience very tedious in the end. Nevertheless, the food is still good, I must admit.

28/10/2026: An unexpected stop in Carentan turned out to be a lucky find. The food was beautiful, the service excellent, and the welcome warmed by the family in this lovely building with its modern and inviting decor. Special mention goes to the large mirror made by a local artisan and the subtly designed wall coverings. A wonderful place to meet up for dinner, whether planned or not!

09/09/2026: Delicious cheese fondue with Comté cheese. We were happy to still be able to make a last minute reservation here as the restaurant we planned to go to turned out to be closed. The service was really good and fast as well, they really had attention for the details and were always a step ahead, for instance to refill our bread or water. All in all, great food and great service for a good price as well. We were hungry, and food looked so good when served that we forgot to take a photo.

06/10/2026: The food is good, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is nice, everything is perfect!

04/10/2026: We discovered wines perfectly suited to the exceptional dishes. However, due to spilled liquid during service, it should be noted that the table was not cleaned several times throughout the meal. We were also slightly disappointed with the quail dish, which lacked flavor in our opinion, as well as the sea bream. For a one-Michelin-starred restaurant, we expected more culinary discoveries. But overall, we were delighted; our taste buds appreciated the cheese tasting, the bread, and the various petits fours and other offerings.
