Supercharged mojitos, generous platters, perfectly balanced Thai tartare: no complaints about the food. When night falls, however, you gently slip into a "dinner blind" atmosphere. Charming, but a bit of a challenge to spot the last slice of sausage. In short, a good evening, a good meal, and lighting that could be a little bolder.

Having worked seasonally for years, neither my parents nor I knew about this welcoming place… it made a great impression on us, from the smiles and friendliness of the waitresses to the quality of the food. Larbé was a very pleasant discovery, one we've returned to every year for the past two years, and again this week. The experience remains the same; the people who run it are genuine—what more could you ask for from a nice little restaurant in the Alps? 🌸🏔️

10/04/2026: A fantastic restaurant that changes its menu several times a year to offer new dishes and seasonal produce. The dishes are elegantly presented, and the flavors live up to the presentation. Special mention goes to the vegetarian options (surprising for a meat lover like me), but the butternut squash quenelle and falafels on the current menu are truly exceptional! The warm and efficient service makes the experience even more enjoyable. The daily specials are also on par with the current menu!
