25/05/2026: We had a wonderful time. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the service is efficient. The pizzas and pasta were delicious. The parking lot and restaurant are spacious, making it ideal for larger groups. A truly excellent place.

22/04/2026: Arrived today at 11:55 am. We were given menus and food, waited 30 minutes, but saw no waiter. Especially since it wasn't overcrowded. Very disappointed, turned around and went to a very good restaurant in Liessy... poor France...

01/04/2026: We tried this establishment during a weekday dinner with colleagues. The staff is very kind and attentive, which is much appreciated. Areas for improvement: The atmosphere seemed a little too cold; some soft background music would make the room warmer, especially if it's empty. As for the food, the dishes unfortunately lacked a bit of depth and flavor for our taste. This is a place with potential thanks to the quality of its team, but it would benefit from a little more polish to become truly welcoming.

04/07/2026: Absolutely fantastic food! The seared tuna with virgin sauce is divine! The cooking is perfect and the sauce is simply wonderful! The staff is efficient, and despite the crowds, there was no wait! My only slight criticism (though it's minor) was that the red fruit coulis (which I'm not a fan of) was a bit much on the apricot clafoutis! Go without hesitation (if there's still room)!

30/06/2026: Great stop during a motorcycle tour! We stopped here by chance on Saturday, June 27th for dinner during a motorcycle tour. The place is very cute and well-kept, perfect for a romantic dinner for two. Everyone was warmly welcomed. Superb dinner: my burger with local cheese, fries, and salad was spectacular. The lamb chops with fries my friend got were also very good. If I ever pass by Guillestre again, it will definitely be a regular stop. Highly recommended!

25/03/2026: This place is incredible! It was the Guru guide that led me here by chance. My wife and I are indeed fond of delicious parfaits and other delicacies in a stunning setting, all at reasonable prices. If you then (like here) finish your meal with a huge coffee, then it's pure bliss. The mustachioed chef is also in the dining room, which is quite unusual! The dishes are delicious and generous, even if they are rather vegetarian-oriented, but that doesn't matter, we love it! The red wine was a little sparkling, but a real treat after decanting for an hour. It was my first time and certainly not my last. I wish them a long life; it seems this establishment is just starting out, but it's already very promising. What is Michelin doing?!
