04/04/2026: Incredible! The terrace is magnificent, with an amazing view. The place is very clean, and the staff is lovely—smiling and efficient. We had a "complete" (a local dish), truly authentic! Afterwards, a DJ played vinyl records on the sunny terrace. I loved this afternoon.

16/08/2026: The food (mussels, scallop carpaccio, duck, and monkfish) was very good! The children's menu was also excellent. The service was fantastic. We were served in English and even German. We felt very comfortable here. Thank you for a lovely evening.

15/08/2026: A very good meal for six of us. The ravioli and the seafood tartare with salmon, tuna, and swordfish were excellent, followed by a tournedos of very red tuna, kidneys, and duck breast. We'll be back.

21/08/2026: This place is amazing. We came here a year ago when they were just closing and it was pouring with rain. The owner allowed us in and we'll never forget her generosity and hospitality. We came back again this year and the warmth of service is second to none. Oh and by the way, the food is absolutely delicious. Looking forward to visiting again next year!

12/08/2026: We happened to be passing by the restaurant at lunchtime. We decided to go in without looking at the menu. It was a pleasant surprise. A very warm welcome, and the food was exactly to our liking. The kindness of the server and the friendliness of the chef—everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

31/07/2026: We live just a stone's throw away and this discovery is incredible. The place has always caught our eye, and rightly so: homemade, generous, and expertly prepared dishes. The flavors are fantastic, all at a very reasonable price. We'll be back!

17/08/2026: I went there for my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. The setting is magnificent, and we had a private room just for us. The staff are welcoming, and the service is impeccable. The fouasse meal was generous. My only slight disappointment was that my parents didn't receive the little figurines and candles from the cake, which I thought was a shame. My mother collects the plastic cups (the ones we used after the mill tour, which was very well explained by our host). She paid an extra 3 euros for the cup. I found this excessive after a bill for a meal for 18 people, a mill tour, and a final drink together.

14/08/2026: We booked the large hall for our wedding reception, both lunch and dinner, for about fifty people. We had a wonderful day in this charming, historic setting. The pike-perch with beurre blanc sauce was exquisite, and the fouée buffet in the evening was a big hit. The cuisine does justice to regional recipes and produce. The attentive staff displayed a remarkable composure, which is much appreciated for this type of event.

19/08/2026: This pizzeria is amazing! The food is delicious, the staff is fantastic, and the atmosphere is great! It's a must-try in Troyes; forget the other restaurants nearby and go to Guiseppino's! 🥰

19/08/2026: Fantastic as always! It starts the moment you arrive. Friendly welcome and pleasant atmosphere. The pizzas are unique in their recipe and ingredients. What makes all the difference is if you're lucky enough to try the homemade dessert of the day! You can extend the experience into an evening with friends or family, or both, with their famous takeaway pizzas!

16/08/2026: The food is very well prepared, even the burger is expertly made. The homemade fries are excellent. The desserts are sophisticated. There's a real chef in the kitchen. The welcome and service are very friendly. It gets expensive quickly, but it's on the shores of a touristy lake. The quiet winter months are well paid for by the summer tourists!

30/08/2026: Don't judge a book by its cover. We came to eat with our two children on the recommendation of the receptionist at the hotel next door. The exterior isn't much to look at, but we received a warm welcome, and the meal was excellent and affordable for our family budget. A very good place!

27/08/2026: Excellent dinner, whether it was the main courses, the savory buckwheat crepes, or the sweet crepes. The manager is very friendly. Highly recommended.
