19/02/2026: We had a lovely time at this inn, a great find in the Vosges! The road to the inn is a bit challenging, but the effort is well worth it. The food is delicious, generous, and excellent value for money! The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be back!

01/03/2026: It had been a while since I'd been there. Still top-notch! The homemade foie gras was a delight, especially with the surprising pairing of a scoop of ice cream. The gravlax was superbly seasoned. The sea bass fillet was perfect, especially thanks to the variety of vegetables. In short, after all that, I wasn't hungry at all... well, except for a lemon tart 😊 In summary, fantastic dishes, original and welcoming decor, and friendly, smiling service. A perfect evening.

01/03/2026: Chance led us to this dinner at Kitsch. The menu descriptions are unusual and conceal dishes exquisitely prepared by the owner. A special mention goes to the homemade foie gras with gingerbread... in short, from appetizer to dessert, it was a delight! The conversations with the passionate owner, the kitschy decor... everything makes you want to savor this moment in Rouen. We highly recommend it.

The main course was superb (three choice cuts of lamb) and the orange dessert was refreshing, a perfect balance of bitterness and freshness. The wine pairings were perfect. I highly recommend it.

A simple and warm welcome instantly immersed us in a family atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, understated, and tastefully decorated; we slept very well. But before that, we had dinner… each dish was an immersion into the Chef's world, accompanied by a unique ceremony, and the staff reflected the quality of the establishment. By far, our best Michelin-starred experience! Indulgence, generosity, authenticity, local produce, finesse, precision—everything was there… The icing on the cake was the privilege of a long conversation with the Chef, with whom we shared our common love for Martinique! We completely understood the world of this exceptional chef and embraced it wholeheartedly! The place and the staff reflect the Chef and his wife! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!
