09/10/2026: An exceptional experience, delighted with this meal. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Personally, I love truffles, and the lamb shank with truffles was divine! The owner and Bastien, the waiter, provide top-notch service, very attentive to our drink suggestions, and kudos to the chefs for their excellent work.

06/10/2026: Birthday party at home. I am absolutely delighted! A dinner menu was served for 30 guests. I appreciated the quality of the food, the elegant presentation, the professionalism, and the kindness of the entire Bistronome team. These impressions were shared by all my guests. A fire pit added a warm touch to the celebration. Thanks to their attentive service, we were able to fully enjoy ourselves. I highly recommend them!

21/09/2026: That's what I call a nasty surprise. There were four of us motorcyclists in mid-September. Minerve, in the Hérault department (34). A small village perched on a rocky spur in the middle of a canyon. Parking is available outside the village. Everyone knows how vulnerable a motorcycle is in an isolated parking area. We were treated like dirt. First, a local resident criticized us for parking in the village itself, in a small square (we weren't causing any inconvenience). Too many tourists, too much of a nuisance, etc., etc. The game warden was on vacation, so we should consider ourselves lucky not to get a ticket. A second time, the restaurant owner gave us the same spiel (be careful, the mayor has the authority to ticket offenders). What an atmosphere! We were seated on a lovely terrace. Too many unwanted insects. Uninteresting cuisine; there's some effort put into it, and it's good, but very overpriced. They seem more concerned with the tourist's credit card than their experience. Avoid it.

29/09/2026: It's always a pleasure to return to this Cambodian family-run Asian restaurant, with Tang in the kitchen and Sunly serving. The dishes are always delicious. The kitchen is open to the dining room. The couple is dynamic and always smiling, even when it's busy. There's also a lovely terrace.

06/10/2026: A pleasant surprise in the small village of Rougon. Good value for money. The daily special was delicious, as was the pavlova for dessert. A great place to eat, just a few minutes from the "sublime viewpoint" in the Verdon Gorge. Highly recommended.
