11/05/2026: This restaurant truly deserves full marks. A very special ambiance in the style of the 1930s with impeccable service. The food was consistently excellent and, in terms of preparation and presentation, can be classified as semi-gourmet! I will definitely be back!

You'll want to try the entire menu. Delightful desserts (we tried several, all highly recommended). An unobtrusive atmosphere, understated luxury, no pretentiousness. The restroom feels like a living room. Perfection.

10/05/2026: A restaurant with truly traditional cuisine. The dishes are prepared according to what's fresh at the market. There isn't a huge selection, but that's to be expected since everything is homemade. The quality of the bread and meat is incredible. The chef clearly enjoys combining sweet and savory dishes. I would have liked slightly larger portions, but otherwise, it was perfect.

26/04/2026: We had a delightful romantic evening at Les Caves de Marson restaurant. The candlelight creates an intimate, almost romantic atmosphere, but it's not at all stuffy. On the contrary, the welcome was warm and unpretentious, and the sumptuous fouées (flatbreads) were lovingly prepared and filled with delicious local ingredients! Enjoy without moderation!

27/04/2026: This wonderful discovery allowed my wife and me to have a truly excellent time. Getting to this restaurant requires a car, but the set menu is well worth the trip. The toasted bread with its summer truffle immediately set the tone for what was to come. Thank you again for your warm welcome, and we highly recommend this haven of peace.

24/10/2025: Thanks to the owner, Florence, Romain, and Inès. We had a wonderful time this lunchtime. We really enjoyed ourselves; it was very refined and generous, we loved it... The octopus was magnificent, beautifully cooked, generous, nothing to complain about, and the Corsican platter was fantastic! Suitable for families with children, with delicious, crispy chicken tenders. We'll be back next time we're in La Tremblade 🙏👌 Thank you for the very friendly welcome...
