09/09/2024: On a leisure trip I chose the Brasserie de l'Horloge based on Google reviews and it was a good thing because I don't regret my choice. I opted for a grilled and marinated Lebanese beef skewer: I enjoyed quality meat accompanied by grilled vegetables that had nothing to envy of it. To accompany this dish, Crozes Ermitage turned out to be a very wise choice. Finally, I particularly appreciated the general atmosphere in which the staff, through their friendliness and efficiency, is an essential player.

04/07/2025: Excellent value for money: double taco menu, 2 meats, drink, fries, and raw vegetables for €9.50, a real bargain in terms of size and weight that won't leave you hungry! The fries are always crispy and properly salted. The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, cheerful, and attentive; a great welcome every time. The restaurant is very clean. Thank you so much for these filling, tasty, and generous meals.

You absolutely must book this establishment which will offer you exceptional menu choices with original flavors. The service is perfect in an intimate setting that is both inclined to party. I won't tell you any more! Yes! Ask to be close to the show that the very friendly chef will reserve for you, it's definitely worth it. We will go back soon....

22/11/2024: What a lovely find. We hadn't booked but were squeezed in anyhow. The food was equally delicious for me as a veggie as it was for my meat eating hubby and his colleague. We loved every course and we had a starter, main and dessert. And the wine was great too. What could top this off? A lovely guy serving us who made us feel very welcome and we had a nice laugh with over the course of the meal. We hope to return on our next visit to Paris. Merci beaucoup 😊

06/09/2024: J’avais déjà fréquenté ce restaurant indien de Strasbourg et je n’en avais pas conservé de souvenirs émus ..! J’y suis retourné aujourd’hui pour le déjeuner et j’ai adoré ! D’abord côté menu, une formule à 14,50 € composée d’une entrée , d’un plat et d’un café …ou autre boisson chaude ! J ai choisi cette option, en entrée beignets de légumes petits pois pommes de terre servis sur un coulis un poivron , excellents , et côté plat, filets de poulet cuits au tandoor et agrémentés d’une sauce tomatee légèrement épicée…servi avec un riz basmati… un régal. J’avais commandé des nans au fromage, sans être exceptionnels , ils étaient plutôt bons, légèrement croustillants et bien garnis en fromage. L’accueil est sympathique et le service efficace.

03/09/2024: Very good Indian restaurant that we know well, where we return as often as possible. It's a restaurant that presents well, with impeccable service, having a fairly large room, all this without being very expensive, which allows you to return as much as you want. Having tried most of the dishes on the menu, I can only recommend this restaurant. As for what I prefer, I recommend Chicken Lollipop as a starter which are very tasty appetizers. I also recommend the Butter Chicken as a main dish with the Naan that you like best. Variation of chicken dish that I prefer the most because the sauce goes particularly well with the rice. And I like to have a lassis for dessert.

06/09/2024: It's a beautiful address in Le Cannet, a little confidential, where they serve refined, creative cuisine, full of nuances... Bruno OGER, the owner, takes the time to tour the tables and interact with your guests, which is a real pleasure. The setting is sober but warm. We spent a lovely evening in the interior courtyard thanks to the mild weather at the beginning of September.

01/09/2024: Writing down your emotions right after… means saying with your heart how your body feels This isn’t the first time I’ve had lunch at Villa Archange with Mr Oger… and it won’t be the last. Hot weather (33 degrees) and a veiled sun for exhilarating dishes, captivating with sophisticated simplicity. Lunch on the terrace for the 3rd Oger atmosphere after the interior room and in the kitchen. We feel good, relaxed, the service is fluid, efficient, a little quick when announcing the dishes as there is so much in all these little bites. The beginnings begin with vegetable bites that go from strength to strength… the most striking for my palate? Zucchini and apple soufflé with harissa. Everything is light and tasty, which goes wonderfully with a blanc de blanc champagne. Start with a gazpacho whose ice cream explodes in your mouth, makes you forget the heat and prepares you for the meal Starter composed of abalone marinière with parsley and artichokes... having tasted the "winter" version, the two are so different and so close... the abalone is extraordinarily tender and the little parsley highlights it like never before helped by the very judicious choice of a cassis from the Bagnol estate. The next dish for me was a shoulder of lamb, burnt grapefruit, sand carrot pastilla. To say that the pretty knife was superfluous as the meat was so tender. A rare thing and oh so appreciable... in addition to the juice served, the sauce boat is left on the table... everyone completes their treat as they wish... a joy for me which is accompanied by a growing appellation.. the terraces of Larzac closed Maia. The line bass falls in the face as the talent of the dish, its flavor, its mixtures of ingredients (Sicilian pine nuts, chayotes, etc.) signs an uppercut in the face... and moves the viandarts. Follows the distraction that we shared of Corsican cheese in blancmange with arugula ice cream... another way of eating cheese and comparing a raw and cooked product... for amateurs and to learn that all products can be cooked. A fig pre-dessert to stay in season and refresh yourself and we move on to dessert. I found them one level above my last visit. Crunchy Viennese with Tahitian vanilla…. Certainly the tastiest in the world... especially when you haven't skimped on the quantity... aromatic explosiveness of sweetness and journey in the mouth. The little sweets to accompany the coffee are of the same ilk: pretty madeleine (even if it is not worth the old one a few years old), mini mirabelle tartlets which transport us to Lorraine, black lemon truffle. What I love about Mr Oger is that he doesn’t stay stuck in the new locavore fashion where everything must come from within a 50 km radius. Having local products yes of course… but why deprive yourself of wonders from elsewhere? It is often the association here elsewhere that we can produce exceptional dishes. At my level, I remain convinced that it is better to do a few restaurants during the year with a feeling of emotion, with obvious dishes that cannot be made on your own. A lunch which then remains in the olfactory, visual, sensory memory and in the memory itself. Thank you to the people we see and to all those we don’t see but who allow us to have these exceptional moments

15/09/2024: We had an exceptional time this Saturday lunchtime at the Excoffier Père et Fils restaurant, located rue de l'Exposition in Paris 7th. Warmly welcomed, there were three of us and we were delighted both by the quality of the service and by the cuisine. As a starter, the snails, perfectly seasoned, reminded me of the ones my mother prepared, a real treat. The poultry soufflé with morels that followed was equally excellent, and to finish, a sweet caramel soufflé, visually magnificent and tastefully perfectly balanced. Each dish was a pleasure for the eyes and taste buds. We had an unforgettable time and will come back very soon to discover other dishes. A must-see address!
