05/06/2026: A loyal customer of this pizzeria, I've never been disappointed, except recently when I tried the kebabs as a special – the meat was incredibly tough! As someone who loves their wood-fired gratinéed veal cutlet, the tagliatelle were inedible! Undercooked and arrived in one solid lump! Unbelievable! Is there a new chef? Being Italian, I usually only have praise for this pizzeria!

17/06/2026: We celebrated my partner’s birthday at L’Archevêché recently and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were the most attentive I have ever come across, they really made the evening feel special. The food was exquisite too. Highly, highly recommend for a celebration, you won’t be disappointed.

30/01/2026: An absolutely wonderful experience at La Table d’Uzès. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a fantastic team, exceptionally kind and professional. Every thoughtful touch, every detail contributed to making this meal a unique and unforgettable moment. Being lactose and gluten intolerant, I was a little apprehensive about the experience, but what a pleasant surprise! I enjoyed it just as much as my husband. My dishes were equally beautiful, refined, and delicious, and I was able to fully appreciate the tastes, flavors, and creativity of each dish, without ever feeling left out. The cuisine is as elegant as it is generous, and the chef's talent shines through in every plate. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this impeccable welcome, their kindness, and the passion that is evident from beginning to end. 24/06/2026: 5 stars because we can't give more. Passing through Le Mans for an overnight stop, for those who enjoy exotic flavors or simply excellent fresh cuisine from the region. However, we were very lucky to be seated without a reservation. Update 24/06/26: 3 years later, nothing has changed, still as good, still the same warm welcome. 21/06/2026: A truly authentic Thai restaurant! The food is excellent, high quality, and well-presented. The spices and herbs really enhance the dishes. The service is also very friendly and pleasant, and quick. The decor is nice, and the restaurant is spotless. And a special mention for the desserts: it's rare to see an Asian restaurant put so much effort into their desserts, and here they are truly delicious, sophisticated, and not too heavy. We'll be back as soon as possible, without hesitation!

31/05/2026: A wonderful discovery for a dinner featuring Alsatian specialties. We thoroughly enjoyed the traditional dishes, especially the fried carp, asparagus, and local organic ham. We were even offered a small asparagus cream as a tasting, a very thoughtful touch. It's also a great place for those who are gluten-free: there's a good selection, and they even offer gluten-free bread, which is rare and much appreciated. The service is attentive, the value for money is excellent, and overall, it makes you want to make a detour. A place to remember!

02/05/2026: Passing through the region for personal reasons, I spent two nights at a hotel. The rooms are very quiet and pleasant. The meals and breakfasts are excellent. A special mention goes to the staff, who are very attentive and caring. I highly recommend it.
