07/04/2026: I didn't realize that brewing beer required so many steps and was the result of an ultra-precise combination of several ingredients processed independently. From water, through grains (barley, wheat, etc.), hops, heating, and brewing, the end result is a delicious beverage (to be enjoyed in moderation!). Villa Meteor welcomes its visitors with great care: the tour is very informative and allows us to delve into the heart of this Alsatian brewing family.

01/03/2026: I was greeted by a woman who was arguing with a customer, insulting her in front of everyone. Given the tense situation, we decided not to go in. Rumor has it the atmosphere is awful and there's no respect for customers... avoid at all costs!!

29/03/2026: Arriving at noon, lunchtime, we had drinks inside because the outside area was reserved. We were having a good time, but when we were almost finished, the owner, whose profile I'd been directed to, came to our table and asked us to free it up for other customers who wanted to eat. He didn't even ask if we wanted to continue drinking or eating. How sad! Just thinking about making cash for lunchtime. It's unacceptable, a lack of professionalism and diplomacy. I won't be back, that's for sure. Don't worry, I'll come and tell you to your face, Mr. Owner.

27/03/2026: Absolutely delicious restaurant! I ordered the mushroom risotto and the pistachio dessert. The menu has a limited number of dishes, but plenty of choice, all made with quality ingredients. We had a wonderful meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with pleasant music.
