07/07/2025: We were heading to Sylvanès Abbey and arrived mid-afternoon, five of us. We were starving and desperate, thinking we wouldn't find anything. No, we arrived at this bar. We were extremely well received and informed that we could enjoy charcuterie platters, salads, and desserts. We chose from a diverse menu and enjoyed excellent, generous salads made with fresh, high-quality regional produce. As for the desserts, they were a spectacular display worthy of a grand establishment. We would love to return to this area, but we're not planning on doing so. So don't hesitate to make the detour.

The boss, all smiles, welcomes you. But be careful, places are expensive! The brandy of ancient pirates has its fans even in the land of cognac! After careful study of the menu, opt for a Pina Colada or a Criolo. It's delicious. Once the order is taken, the bartender, wandering around behind his counter, then enters the scene. Like a true conductor, he begins to combine the aromas of alcohol, fruit and coconut milk without a false note. The bottles fly confidently into his hands until they fill the shaker. Then, he shakes it for a perfect marriage of fragrances before serving it with a slice of pineapple and a straw. From the first sip, an explosion of flavors delights your taste buds.
