22/08/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant and were able to try the "Experience" menu. It was absolutely flawless. Every dish was excellent, with a wide variety of flavors. The ingredients were prepared with great skill and exceptional taste. The chef and his partner are very professional and very kind. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return.

18/08/2026: We've been ordering our pizzas from this chain since they opened in Hyères. It's truly the place to go for guaranteed satisfaction. The dough is homemade and, above all, delicious, as are all the toppings they offer—everything is fresh. That's what we expect, because we've tried other pizza places like Yolo, and that wasn't always the case. The service is just as good as the location. The young woman who takes your order, whether you call or arrive in person, knows you, knows your name, and is always smiling, even when it's busy, so it's best to call ahead. They're all dedicated, from the owner to the staff.

09/09/2026: A very warm welcome, an amuse-bouche offered with the aperitif—it was a perfect prelude to the rest of the meal, it was so delicious. Indeed, the fish duo I ordered, as well as the mango-raspberry soufflé, were excellent. I don't usually use sauce, but this time I had to because the sauce was divine. Kudos to Corinne and Philippe, everything was perfect.

20/09/2026: When I went to eat at this pizzeria, there were two women behind the counter: the owner (who is very kind and respectful), and a young woman. The young woman behind the counter is a hypocrite. Throughout the meal, she seemed very kind and respectful. Then, after paying the bill and leaving the pizzeria to go home, I heard the young woman making mocking remarks about me, particularly about my appearance. This young woman probably thought I hadn't heard what she said. But she was sorely mistaken. As a result, I'm giving it one star and I won't be returning.

15/10/2026: Hear ye, brave travelers and noble pilgrims! On my way through the medieval town of Yvoire, I stopped at the inn called La Dîme to appease my hunger. Alas, the service was excruciatingly slow! I waited a long time for my table to be served, so long that time seemed to stand still, and I would have given them only three meager stars for such a wait. However, the galette d'Italie, this topped pizza, was very good and quite tasty. And, nobility obliges, the innkeepers had the courtesy and good sense to offer coffee to apologize for the excessively long wait. This kind gesture having warmed my heart, I revise my judgment and give them four stars on this parchment! A good place for a meal, if one has time to spare.

15/08/2026: Just 20 meters from our Airbnb, it was a very pleasant experience. The quality of the ingredients, the cooking, the seasoning, the taste, the flavors, and the presentation—everything was perfect, the kind of food we (in my opinion) love. I adored the wild garlic salmon (see photo). Sorry, it was too good… you'll have to come back to try it.

25/06/2026: We choose from the 3 course set menu which had two options for each course. Between us we tried them all and they were delicious. The service was really friendly. It was our last night and we wish we had found the restaurant earlier so we could go back to try the A la Carte menu.

12/10/2026: A magical place, where you journey through time from its religious vocation to its use as a prison. A very well-made filmed segment on the history of the place. Not to be missed.

13/09/2026: Disappointed by the pistachio entremet dessert. The side dishes were too light, with the lamb shank and just two tiny fillets of sea bream, which had quite a few bones – a shame, because everything else was well cooked. The bill was high for the portion size, and the management was a bit too commercial.

04/09/2026: A wonderful evening spent at this restaurant with a friend! 🥰 Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff is lovely and truly attentive, which makes all the difference. Special mention for the salad meal, a fantastic discovery—as delicious as it was generous! 😋 The terrace is also very pleasant, with enough space to enjoy your meal in peace and chat without feeling crowded. I highly recommend this place; we will definitely be back!
