20/08/2026: A very pleasant restaurant on a shaded and very quiet square. The dishes were very good, original, and high quality. Prices were very reasonable. Only one small drawback: the napkins were too small and the presentation of the cutlery didn't quite match the quality of the food (it was served in a metal container). Highly recommended.

28/06/2026: Craving Moroccan food, I discovered this great place. I ordered couscous, and unsurprisingly, it was delicious. The two servers were very welcoming and kind. I got my order to go; their packaging and bags are practical and original for the car. See you soon!

A set menu of starter, main course, and dessert for €20 with three choices for each course—exceptional value for money! We enjoyed our meal, had a pleasant chat with the owner, and will definitely return next time we're in Agen. The free gravel parking across the street is very convenient. Thank you!

01/11/2026: After visiting the two castles in Amboise, and noting that the Clos Lucé restaurant, which closed at 6 pm, only served desserts around 3 pm, we headed to the restaurant area in the center of Amboise with little hope of finding food at that hour. Luckily, this restaurant had no problem serving us at 3:30 pm. We chose some galettes, which were delicious. The one in the photo is La Façon Bouchère: Semmental cheese, potatoes, beef, cream, cheddar cheese, candied onions, and an egg on top. Another nice touch: the menu is in Spanish. All in all, a good choice for lunch opposite the Château d'Amboise.

06/10/2026: Set menu of the day - starter, main course, cheese, dessert For €19: seafood casserole, steak with potatoes and mixed vegetables, cheese, and strawberry rolls. Well-prepared traditional cuisine. Excellent service, pleasant terrace (watch out for falling chestnuts 🤣🤣) and a lovely setting with a view of Belvoir Castle. Weekdays only, set menus available; we'll be back to try the regular menu. If you have time, stop by the Jonquilles farm and buy some homemade ice cream—bring a cooler! 🤪👍
