27/05/2026: For my first experience at Quintessia, I'm delighted. I had a wonderful time for a bachelorette party. The brunch was delicious (homemade recipe, fresh ingredients). And the magical setting (a haven of nature) contributes to total relaxation and stress relief (spa). I highly recommend it and I'm even thinking of going with my family.

26/05/2026: Beautiful hotel, excellent amenities, and very pleasant staff. We spent one night with access to the spa, a true haven of well-being. A special mention goes to the Louange bar, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink, as well as for its board game selection. We loved it!

19/05/2026: Appalling! We went today at 6:30 PM, there were eight of us, no one else on the terrace, and then a waitress came up to us and said, "Please take two tables of four, back to back." Well, no, we came as a party of eight, not to split into two tables! So we left.

We opted for the six-course tasting menu with wine pairings, featuring a lovely selection of natural wines... a truly delightful discovery. The view, the welcome, and the meal... everything was just right.

Not to mention the superb view over the valley (the sun finally decided to grace us with its presence on May 16th) in the early evening and at sunset.

30/06/2026: It's a shame the service was so slow between courses... there were only 4 tables occupied, but we waited almost 15 minutes for the dessert menu... we'd had this problem before, we attributed it to being busy, but tonight there were very few people... it spoiled the experience because the meat was excellent...

If you’re looking for a good, reliable, reasonably priced, family-friendly restaurant in Biarritz, this is one of our top recommendations. The pizza is consistently delicious and offers great value for families. Our children love the bunny-shaped kids’ cheese pizza and the spaghetti bolognese. The menu has plenty of options for both adults and children, and the service is fast and friendly, making it an excellent choice when dining with kids. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach. The casual and relaxed atmosphere means parents can enjoy an stress-free lunch or dinner without changing after the beach. 04/06/2026: Returning to Côté Cour after three positive experiences. This fourth visit was more mixed. A small amuse-bouche to share between four people, without plates to put our crumbly bread on. The aperitif orders were taken late (the amuse-bouche was dry). The starters arrived before the aperitifs were finished. Self-service wine. The prawns for the starter were very small (more like large shrimp than prawns). In general, the portions for both the starter and the main course were small, but the desserts were generous. Overall, a fairly positive experience, but a step down from the previous ones, mainly due to a lack of attention to detail (serving the aperitif quickly – I'm repeating myself – and offering a wine tasting).
