04/07/2025: A true neighborhood canteen! We've been walking past it for several months but only recently decided to come to Dong Nai and don't regret it at all.
How does it differ from the Vietnamese restaurants in the 13th or Belle Ville districts? A reasonably sized restaurant, with an unpretentious but varied menu, tasty food that seems homemade and, above all, not too salty! We tried the spring rolls, banh cuon, pho, and mi.
We'll be back to try the other dishes!

We have already dined there several times, and it is always a delight. The presentations of the dishes are delicious.
Real know-how exists on the part of the chef, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.
The service is good.
The room is old (rubble and cut stones, exposed beams, etc.).
In conclusion, excellent restaurant.

09/07/2024: Decent and plentiful lunch, but nothing more... The restaurant room is really very noisy, difficult to chat in these conditions. Very warm welcome and perfect service. For the same price, you can find much better, there is a little lack of sophistication in the plates, for example the simmered beef is served with fries and rice, not very consistent and dry meat.
The grilled piece of beef was hearty and cooked as requested.

14/07/2024: While looking for a restaurant for lunch we came across Casinne. I count that as a great stroke of luck, the visit was fantastic.
The selection of dishes was very clear with two starters, two main courses and three desserts. But you could also try everything. If we weren't in France, I would compare it to France. It was great. Some of the dishes were based on British cuisine, as the chef told us. But prepared with French sophistication and with a lot of love. The children also really enjoyed it.
The only downside was that the chairs were a bit uncomfortable. It's also a very small restaurant and we were happy to get a seat. Thank you.
29/06/2024: We found this restaurant by accident and are so happy we decided to eat here. It’s a small restaurant with a small menu of equally delicious dishes. We ordered all available starters and mains to share and we were so pleasantly surprised with the high quality of each dish. All of them are honest, simple and very well balanced. The main ingredients get to shine in each and every one of them. Also great wines on the menu. Nothing else to wish for when dining in Beçanson. Must try.
