19/05/2026: Two days at Relais Fusies, a very beautiful place, an "old-fashioned" inn revealing a lot of charm, with its cement tile floors and its superb restaurant with Art Nouveau frescoes, in short, a place that speaks for itself; and the excellent cuisine served by a kind and very attentive staff make the stay very pleasant, especially since the final bill is very reasonable...

18/05/2026: This meal at Anne-Sophie Pic's bistro was a bit of a disappointment. Admittedly, one expects a lot from such a name, but it's probably naive to have imagined approaching this chef's talent. Of course, there were no flaws in this cuisine, which is indeed typical of a bistro. But there was a lack of inspiration and insufficient generosity on the plate. I'm not talking about quantity, but rather originality. In short, no complaints about the cooking techniques or the seasoning, but we simply expected more. It's worth noting that the desserts were exceptional. To experience Madame Pic's cuisine, you should visit the restaurant next door.

17/05/2026: The food was delicious, and the menu we chose far exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, and the sommelier provided very helpful information. Everything was perfect.

14/06/2026: The food wasn't too bad, especially the kidneys. The cordon bleu was enormous, but the waitress treated you like a six-week-old rabbit. What a shame! Go elsewhere and head to the restaurant in the tower; the service is vastly different.

19/05/2026: The special dish, hot Munster cheese with potatoes, was especially delicious. The Bäckeoffe was okay and lactose- and gluten-free.

05/06/2026: A wonderful discovery—and a place to cherish We were familiar with the bistros, but not yet with the flagship restaurant. What a lovely way to get acquainted! It all began with a delicate and characterful gnocchi with white miso—setting the tone immediately. The cuisine is creative without ever becoming gratuitously sophisticated: each dish is meaningful, generous, and above all, delicious. Excellence is present, yet it remains accessible and approachable. The prices are more than reasonable for this level of service. If we had to give just one message to the restaurant: *don't change a thing.* This quality-pleasure ratio is a rare commodity, one that must be preserved at all costs. But what truly stands out, beyond the food, is the welcome. Attentive, warm staff, genuinely caring. A very special thank you to the Brazilian waiter who was there that evening—his kindness made the evening truly perfect. An address you leave wanting to return. Very soon.

26/05/2026: Very disappointing. A major problem with the salt (excessive in all three of our starters and main courses)... one dish was inedible and had to be sent back to the kitchen. The waiter was friendly but lacked training... in short, a Michelin star that will disappear very quickly.

02/06/2026: During my training, I ate at Brasserie Lola. It was a bit noisy when busy, as I had trouble hearing my colleagues; the tables were rather close together. The Caesar salad was quite good and very generous, but the pear and almond tart wasn't very good (some of the pear slices were a bit rotten).

29/06/2026: This place is great! The deco is phenomenal, it really captures a lot of the Canadian elements. Being Canadian and from Quebec some food and drink items were spot on, it felt like I was back home eating and drinking what I know. The owner was so funny and engaged with us and finally the poutine has my quebecer stamp of approval! Will definitely be back :)
