23/04/2026: Passing through on business, I discovered this lovely little restaurant.
I had an incredible ribeye steak.
I even came back the next day before leaving to try another one.
A real treat.
I highly recommend this place and thank them.

26/04/2026: The crêperie is celebrating its 25th anniversary! It's clear they've maintained a consistently high standard of quality, which leads me to consider it the best crêperie in Occitanie and probably a contender against the very best in Brittany. The ingredients in the savory buckwheat crêpes are excellent... in short, everything is delicious. And for the sweet crêpe, I tried the lemon one... a delight.
23/04/2026: Absolutely perfect. Service was amazing. Very busy but made time to create an off menu salad for a friend. Galettes are fantastic, ice creams to die for. Drinks were lovely too. 90 euros for 4! Value and service with a smile. Go there you wont regret it!

29/04/2026: We were welcomed and served by Dino. He was so very helpful! He offered choices of several wines based on our preferences and walked us through our food choices. He was very friendly and his service made our whole evening- which was our last evening in Paris.

The decor was lovely.
25/03/2026: A very good little restaurant; the owners are super friendly and the menu was delicious. Note that you need to book because this Wednesday at lunchtime it was completely full, I'd say there were about 30 seats. A great find!

17/03/2026: THE BEST PIZZERIA IN BALMA!!! Superb welcome, the pizzas are excellent, the sweet one (M&M's + Nutella) was to die for 🤪 Only negative point, on weekends you have to remember to book in advance, victims of their own success there is a bit of a wait... Don't change a thing.

Very good and beautifully presented... High-quality dishes, and the price reflects the quality of the food... I absolutely must go back!!!

The ingredients are fresh, and the texture and flavors of the dishes are carefully crafted, whether it's the risotto, the fish, the red meat, or the desserts. The wines and digestifs are excellent. The coffee is perfect! A must-visit in Dole.

It's a fantastic historical site, a testament to a bygone era that invites you to escape.
You can't help but try to imagine the atmosphere of the travelers who came to rest and dine in these buildings.
The cuisine is refined, precise, and perfectly executed.
The service is impeccable.
A truly wonderful experience.
19/04/2026: The setting is very nice… but not up to par… For the price 🤨… The presentation of the dishes was good, but the cheese and bagged salad were unacceptable for a gourmet restaurant 🙄… We won't be going back… what a disappointment
