And what can be said about the village of Salers, with its ancient stones and medieval atmosphere? As for the hotel, it pays a beautiful tribute to the surroundings. Excellent in every way, the on-site restaurant is of very high quality, all served by a dynamic and friendly staff. A truly beautiful image of France!

07/04/2026: I'm just offering my opinion, even though our visit was a few years ago. I ordered wine by the glass, and after my white wine was served, it had a strong corked smell. I mentioned it to the person, I think the sommelier, who responded disdainfully, saying that if the people at the table "over there" didn't say anything, it must be good. I found her comment very... "you don't know anything about wine," and after some time, with my insistence, she finally agreed to take a closer look at my glass, which was replaced after she noticed the problem, without an apology or anything. All this to say that any customer, even if they seem uninformed, might be a better connoisseur than a table of self-proclaimed experts.
