03/12/2024: Cosy little bar hidden behind a vintage red door. Outstanding drinks with a farm to glass concept and very creative combination flavours. Warm service and friendly bartenders.
03/12/2024: It's marked as one of the 50 bars recommended by Timeout, so while we were in Paris, we gave it a try.
Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable about the different cocktail on their menu. We only had a single drink each and we were pretty happy with them.
The price though is quite high (over €15), but still cheaper from what you get in New York.

I highly recommend this place for any occasion.
I recommend autumn, but the magic is increased tenfold for me.
10/11/2024: Nous avons déjeuné avec 2 menus Retour du marché ( bon cadeau que nous avions eu). Le personnel est très agréable, belle décoration de la salle. Le menu etait excellent : la lotte était succulente et le dessert exquis. Nous recommandons vivement.

07/12/2024: Very disappointing apart from the restaurant (discovery menu)
We had to adjust the TV channels ourselves otherwise there was no TV. I think you should review your checks before customers arrive. When we spoke about it at reception, the receptionist asked us why we hadn't called him but Mr. would you need to answer the phone? Afterwards you don't need a bac +5 to set up a TV. No heating when we arrived in the room. Fortunately we had a good time at the restaurant but it is independent of the hotel since it is open to the outside (maybe that's why it was good). Expensive breakfast for what is offered. We won't come back.

- waiting too long between dishes
- no sommelier
- tables are shared with other customers. It's not at all what I was looking for.
31/08/2024: Nhome was one of the worst fine dining experiences of my life. The food and service were equally terrible and food lowlights included a sauce that both split curdled sauce (impressive); filled zucchini flowers that were worse than the local Italian restaurant; a dish that was so overpowering with gin that every person around the table gagged and couldn't finish it (the feedback was also given to the staff by another guest at the very beginning of the meal and I proceeded to see every single person still go through exactly the same pain); and a complete lack of care for modifying the menu for my pregnant wife.
From a service perspective I’ve never been to a fine dining restaurant where I’ve been forced to serve my own water - in fact if I go to the local Italian they tend to serve me more than I serve myself. I watched 2 waiters standing there watching me pour my water like it’s completely normal. They didn’t have a single non-alcoholic offering besides soft drinks - my pregnant wife would love to have a coke with a Michelin star meal in their eyes apparently. One of the servers also had the worst body odour - every time he dropped off a dish I could not smell it over his scent - whilst the sommelier did nothing to hide his cigarette breath as he stood over me explaining the wine.
The unique thing about the restaurant is the layout is a single square table, with every person able to see each others reactions; I’m sure this works wonderfully when the experience is actually good, however when you have an entire table of customers all having an equally bad time the disappointment spreads around the table and further ruins the experience.
