18/08/2026: The bread quality is acceptable depending on the type chosen; the rice and buckwheat flour bread has a firm crumb and keeps well. However, the wholemeal bread is mediocre, lacking substance, with a very light crumb, doesn't keep, and hardens quickly. The Basque cake is decent, but greasy and lacking cream and flavor, unlike other brands such as Maison A.1 or Par.

16/08/2026: Despite the positive reviews and second place in a pastry competition, I absolutely did not enjoy the croissants or the pain au chocolat, which tasted "industrial"... The coffee wasn't good either, from a roaster in St. Girons (09) known for being bad. 20/08/2026: We went in after seeing 4.6 ⭐ on Google Maps. The place was empty when we got there, but it was relatively early so we didn't think much of it. The place was nicely decorated. Once our order was placed, we were served quickly! The only problem I had with the place was that the food was quite bland. Overall not bad for a quick bite but I don't think I'd go there for a full-on meal again.

20/08/2026: I ordered takeout, and the maki rolls were all cut on the bias, so they were tiny. It was like they just took one maki roll, cut it in half, and arranged the pieces as if nothing had happened! Also, I ordered vinegared rice to go with my meal, and it was simply bland and lacked the vinegar flavor of the rice on the menu. You can really tell they're trying to maximize their profits, and that reduces the enjoyment and the portion size. It's a shame; I was really looking forward to a delicious meal.

04/09/2026: A little disappointed... We ate well, but there were several drawbacks: this is our second visit, and several dishes listed on the menu were no longer available when we ordered! The chicken "supreme" arrived with a bone... 🤷🏻‍♀️ It's a shame because the food itself is good, but it didn't necessarily match our preferences... The service was quick and friendly.

24/08/2026: Best brunch in Aix-les-Bains. Generous and delicious food, pleasant setting, lovely terrace, and the service was more than pleasant and warm; the staff were smiling and funny. I highly recommend it!

24/06/2026: I went there for lunch with colleagues. The setting is on par with a Parisian townhouse (not exceptional, but a lovely garden). We received a discount on the set menu because one of us was an alumnus of the school. At the price we paid, it was definitely worth the trip, as the cuisine is semi-gastronomic. A remarkable effort is made on the presentation and the cooking of the fish, which was perfect. But it was the service that impressed me most, both for its discretion and its thoroughness (we were about 20 people). I'm not sure I'd go there for lunch at the regular price, but it's still negotiable since it's around €60 for a starter, main course, and dessert, offering a very good experience. Thank you to the team.

18/08/2026: Amazing food, a lovely calm atmosphere, and a chef who clearly puts his heart into every dish. Everything was made fresh from scratch and tasted incredible. You can really feel the passion and care in the food. Highly recommended—an experience worth coming back for!

06/08/2026: A delightful little restaurant offering a wide variety of homemade ravioli, made in the purest tradition by a lovely grandmother. The only slight drawback: the restaurant only has 8 seats.

And a special mention for the gentleman who greeted us—he was truly lovely, warm, and incredibly kind! It's so nice to encounter such welcoming people!
