14/08/2026: Wonderful pho in the marsh, I've been going there forever, nothing has changed

13/08/2026: There's limited seating, so you might have to wait, but the turnover is fairly quick. The restaurant is very small, so you'll mostly be sharing tables. It's probably best not to bring large bags or shopping bags. I had the pho, and the soup was piping hot and tasted great! The meat in the pho was cooked perfectly. I think it would have been even better if the garnish had been cilantro instead of mint.

11/09/2026: We really enjoyed this place! A special thank you to our waitress — she was incredibly kind and attentive. She made a point of explaining which things were free of charge, for example the bread and tap water. It may seem like a small detail, but as tourists we really appreciated it. At first, when we saw the size of the raclette board, we thought there was no way we would finish it 😄 But there is actually a lot of salad and greens, so it looks bigger than it really is. You’ll probably manage it! Just keep in mind that they let you know in advance that you need to order at least two portions. Our waitress spoke a little English, and if communication gets difficult, you can always use a translator or ChatGPT ☺️ The atmosphere was another highlight: soft music, people speaking quietly, no noise or rush. It felt very calm and relaxing - we absolutely loved it ♥️ Thank you so much for a wonderful dinner!

27/08/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant; I've never been disappointed and I come regularly. The Breton crêpes are delicious, and the owners are very friendly and welcoming.

15/08/2026: We visited Champagne-Mouton as tourists and had a wonderful meal at Café de la Paix. My partner had the poutine, which was absolutely delicious, and I had the ribeye steak, which was fantastic. The flavour was exquisite, especially with the butter and the sides. The service was excellent, the restaurant is beautiful, and everything was perfect from start to finish. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Angelo and Laura 🙂

21/08/2026: We've already been to Soan's for a meal, and the food is excellent! The value for money is perfect. We went another time, on a Thursday evening, for a drink. It was 6:45 pm, and we asked to be seated inside because, with a baby, we didn't want the smell of cigarettes, so we couldn't be inside. We asked about the cocktail of the day, but the waitress didn't know, went to check, and told us they were out. We asked if it was possible to order a small snack, like samosas or something, but that wasn't possible either because the kitchen doesn't open until 7:30 pm… We'll probably come back for a meal, but if it's just for a drink and a snack, we'll go somewhere else. It's a shame…

21/08/2026: Excellent place for lunch at your own pace (quick or leisurely). Fast service and helpful advice. We opted for a tray (shaped like a plate) of sliced ​​red meat and an Asian dish. Very reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

31/08/2026: The tarte flambée is baked in a wood-fired oven and tastes wonderful. Despite the restaurant being packed, the staff were extremely friendly. We ate there two days in a row. Good selection of vegetarian dishes.

01/09/2026: The frogs' legs were dry at first course and smelled reheated. The greenish-colored gratin also smelled reheated. The servers were friendly but completely overwhelmed and clearly insufficient in number. We ate there last August, and everything was delicious with impeccable service. Very disappointed.

05/08/2026: This gourmet restaurant is located in a charming corner of Beaugency. The first impression is good (setting, decor, welcome). The cuisine is inventive. The downsides: all the main courses arrived lukewarm. The red wine ordered at the beginning of the meal (Chinon) arrived at 24 degrees Celsius! I pointed this out to the head waitress, who tried to justify it. This is not the expected behavior in a gourmet restaurant. The Champagne ordered as an aperitif should have been served in glasses in front of the customers. The canapés accompanying the Champagne arrived when the Champagne was almost finished. I regret that the chef didn't come to the dining room. I hope these comments help you improve.

17/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at the restaurant on Saturday evening. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the quality, the delicious menu, the calm and warm atmosphere, the friendly staff... excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back to try the veal kidneys with porcini mushrooms. Thank you and see you soon.

28/07/2026: We were a couple of tourists, and I generally knew truck drivers. We had a reliable address, and normally the restaurant was almost empty, with a group of six people and a table for four occupied by two truck drivers. After a cold greeting, the waitress showed us to the two seats next to the truck drivers, who were quite friendly, by the way. The waitress came back, and I asked her to confirm our seats. The cold reply was, "Yes." Then she immediately asked, "Have you seen the menu?" Still in the same tone, we didn't say yes. "Fine, help yourselves," she said, but the truck drivers had already taken their seats. There was no reaction, so we got up and left.

17/07/2026: Hello. A meal for 17 euros, why not, but offering a Mars bar or a Snickers for dessert is a rip-off. And on top of that, the regulars get cheese, but what about me? Supposedly there are two starters to choose from, but we end up with something we didn't choose: a slice of foie gras with cold toast. Completely pointless. First and last time for me.

16/08/2026: A lovely restaurant and a delightful manager! I've been here several times and I really enjoy it; the drinks are good (the herbal teas are delicious) and the portions are generous. The place is quiet and beautifully decorated, making it easy to spend hours there in good company! I'll definitely be back!
