The sandwiches and salads are fresh, generous, and truly delicious. What I particularly appreciate is that everything is prepared in front of the customers with fresh ingredients. It's reassuring and shows the team's dedication. The establishment is always clean, and the staff is welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Even when it's busy, orders are prepared quickly without any compromise in quality. It's become a must-visit for me. You can taste the expertise and the joy on the plate, where all your senses are awakened. Beautiful, delicious, and fresh... Impeccable welcome and service, and delicate, flavorful cuisine. Delighted! I highly recommend this already renowned restaurant. Special mention goes to the surprise 8-course menu today, and the absolutely extraordinary chocolate ganache dessert.

13/08/2026: Excellent restaurant for dinner. Arriving without a reservation around 9 pm, we were seated immediately upon entering. A quiet place where we discovered Asian barbecue. Impeccable welcome, excellent and attentive service. The dining room where we were seated, although close to the kitchen, was very quiet and allowed us to enjoy a wonderful dinner. The quality of the beef, cuttlefish, and shrimp was also impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet restaurant and who enjoys Asian cuisine. Paid parking is available nearby and is easily accessible on foot.

04/08/2026: A really fun experience, delicious food, and very friendly staff! I especially enjoyed the self-cooked barbecue (the meat was perfectly cut and marinated, very flavorful!) and the sublime dessert: the flambéed banana with homemade caramel...unforgettable! Highly recommended :)

21/08/2026: For years I've driven past this restaurant; how could I have not stopped sooner? A warm welcome greeted me as soon as I arrived. While I was showering, there were already people waiting, so I enjoyed my beer on a lovely summer terrace. Very pleasant. The restrooms were spotless. The atmosphere was perfect, just the way I like it, and not noisy either. I asked to eat on the terrace with some other drivers. The service and food were excellent; I really enjoyed it. The parking lot was large enough to find a spot. I've found my go-to restaurant for my future trips around Avignon and Cavaillon. Thanks again to the whole team for everything.

15/08/2026: My friend and I came, having booked through TheFork. At first, everything was fine; the food was quite good. Towards the end of the meal, no one came to see us for a while (which I completely understand, as there were things to do), so I tried to catch the eye of the man in charge of the restaurant (probably the manager, I don't know, he was alone). He approached our table and stared at me, which I interpreted, and which anyone would have interpreted, as "I'm listening." So I said, word for word, "Excuse me, would it be possible to have a doggy bag and the bill, please?" to which he replied, "You can see I'm busy; you don't have to interrupt me. I'll come see you when I'm available," in a most unpleasant tone, practically shouting at me in front of the other customers. I was shocked to be spoken to like that in a restaurant, especially since I was very polite and pleasant when I addressed him. A simple "I'll just finish this and be right back" would have sufficed. Finally, it was time to pay. We had the 50% discount from TheFork. I had checked the accepted payment methods on the app beforehand, which included the restaurant card. So I asked to pay €25 with this card, to which the man replied, "Well, I'm already giving you the app discount; I'm not going to take your restaurant voucher card on top of that, it costs me €1." I offered to pay this fee in cash, and he replied, "It doesn't work like that. I won't take your card; you pay normally," in such an unpleasant and aggressive tone that all the other customers were turning to watch what was happening. I had to leave the restaurant quickly because the experience truly shocked me. I don't understand how anyone can treat people like that. My advice: if you're with friends or children, don't go here. His behavior is unacceptable.

16/08/2026: We arrived without a reservation on August 15th at 8 pm and were very welcoming. It's very clean and the various dishes are served hot and generously portioned. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it.

23/05/2026: My wife and I were passing through the region and couldn't have found a better place to stay. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms are perfect, the meals are excellent, and the inn's location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Belcastel, Conques, and Estaing are all within easy reach. Not to mention the village itself, which is beautiful and well worth a visit. We'll be back! Thank you.

21/05/2026: This hotel was a wonderful surprise! The room was spotless, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the value for the price was excellent. The family who runs the property are genuinely kind and accommodating - they even kept the kitchen open for us one evening so we could have dinner, which we really appreciated. They have a little boutique with nice local products for perfect souvenirs. The location is really ideal for exploring some of the most beautiful villages in the region: Conques, Belcastel, and Estaing are all within 30 minutes or so, making it a perfect base. But the biggest surprise was the village itself. We had no idea how charming it would be - a storybook setting with a lovely church, a stream running through, and a peaceful atmosphere that's hard to put into words. We were happy just wandering around. Highly recommended - a hidden gem in every sense.

29/08/2026: The food is quite good and the concept is very appealing. However, the wait between courses was particularly long, with no apology or explanation from the staff. The tables are fairly close together, but this suits the bistro atmosphere. As for the main course, the chicken was unfortunately a little overcooked. Overall, it was still decent, but based on my experience, I don't think I'll be going back.

29/08/2026: Excellent selection! The eggs mayonnaise and beef tartare were exceptional. We loved the parsley potatoes. The Bourgogne Aligoté was excellent. The service was great and very welcoming! I highly recommend it!

04/08/2026: UPDATE: There are many ways to prepare squid. That's why I asked these questions. I simply wanted to know how many squid rings were in a portion, as I couldn't find this information. I clearly explained that I was trying to choose a dish suitable for a child, so she would eat her fill and the portion would be sufficient. First, we weren't offered a children's menu. Then, you started mocking my question, saying, "Ha ha ha, we've never been asked a question like that about the number of squid." I found this reaction inappropriate and disgusting. Unfortunately, there was no children's menu. When we asked what the dishes consisted of and how the squid was prepared so we could choose a suitable dish for our child, the waiter replied that he didn't know and that no one had ever asked him that kind of question before…

20/08/2026: Very, very good food in the Alsatian style, with a slight modern twist. Super friendly and very dedicated service.

20/08/2026: It's a bit quieter between 4:30 and 6:00 PM. Otherwise, reservations are essential. Delicious tarte flambée, but the small tables can get crowded.
