31/12/2024: Small village restaurant on the edge of the forest. The place is magnificent, you can park and I think the place is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The service is quality and professional, we are welcomed as at home.
The place is rustic and bathed in its charm.
The menu is less than €30 for starter/main course/dessert.
Considering the quality of the products and quantity, the price is more than affordable. The photos are proof.
An outdoor terrace is available for al fresco dining.
I'll let you judge the dishes with the attached photos.

24/09/2024: You would expect it to be touristic hence serve you average overpriced food. While not cheap, the cafe de Paris is absolutely great and the fondue is great as well. Stick to the basics and dont go experimenting with bowls.
23/09/2024: Views might be good, but the service and food is not something I would go there for. If you want a better experience and delicious food - go to Le Freti ( they are more local and passionate)
Also, you can't have La raclette outside so book your spot accordingly

19/08/2024: During our bike stopover in Rochefort after noon, we started looking for a restaurant. The owner of this restaurant, despite the high attendance, reserved a table for us and kindly offered us to come back less than half an hour later. Despite the end of service at noon, we were very well received. The dishes served were very good and very good value for money.

06/09/2024: The comments were laudatory but unfortunately. The first dish is brought to us at the same time as the aperitif, too bad, and then after 1 hour of waiting the dish served is almost cold, we send it back to the kitchen 3 times, no better. To end it all, my friend didn't get what she ordered. In short, nothing is going well.
We lost our patience and asked for the bill; the only commercial gesture was to offer us an aperitif.
The very embarrassed waiter does not understand what is happening in the kitchen.
Table that I absolutely do not recommend.
We came for dinner on Wednesday September 4 in the evening.
05/09/2024: Very small room, the bed was comfortable. The restaurant is very noisy, a lot of people, the food is good, but the service a little slow. The staff is pleasant.

As a foreigner I was well looked after and in a French environment. I don't eat in a restaurant for tourists. I recommend.
08/09/2024: Excellent service. Helpful and cheerful. I was offered to store my scooter in the back to save me the hassle of folding it and storing it under the table.
We tasted the pork platter and some alcoholic drinks. Compared to Quebec, the drinks were high in alcohol (good point).

07/09/2024: Beautiful atmosphere in the evening on the outdoor terrace in front of the restaurant on the street. Restaurant displays "full", I think you need to book in advance.
It's nice to see happy people eating their dinner under the sky and the stars. It makes you want it.

30/05/2024: Very good Indian restaurant, the staff is attentive, the cheese naans are delicious and the dishes are delicious (chicken butter, palak paneer...). I recommend the special rice (cashew nuts/raisins) to accompany the dishes. The pistachio ice cream and halwa cake are also great!
