28/04/2026: We received an excellent welcome, despite arriving without a reservation and at a late hour. A wonderful discovery as we were passing through for a weekend camping trip. Thank you for the warm welcome, the service, the excellent cut of beef, and the delicious dessert.

25/04/2026: We've been going to this restaurant for 22 years and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and original: the dishes are beautifully presented and exquisite. The menu changes several times a year, a great reason to try the different dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The manager and his team are very welcoming. It's always a pleasure to go to this restaurant.

18/04/2026: Spacious and comfortable room, very nice hotel, excellent restaurant with some great discoveries, impeccable room service, the children were delighted, and the staff were truly very pleasant. And being able to step directly from the hotel to the beach is fantastic.

14/04/2026: A magnificent hotel by the sea, with impeccable rooms and bedding. A varied breakfast and a very warm welcome from the reception staff. We also enjoyed the facial massage in the wellness area.

22/04/2026: Frozen food. Nothing homemade! The owner acts like he's a head of state! The brunette waitress is rude and almost aggressive. I suspect there's a frosty atmosphere behind the scenes. In short, a place to avoid.

09/05/2026: We chose this restaurant from a long list of fine dining options during our recent trip to Paris, but unfortunately the service, particularly from our main waiter, really let the experience down. He came across very cold and serious throughout the evening and made us feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed. Around dish five, the salmon was a poor cut with tough tendons through it and was difficult to eat. I left most of it on the plate and mentioned the issue when it was collected, but there was no acknowledgment or offer to replace it, and service simply continued. I later asked whether the chef had been informed and was told “yes,” but there was no further response. Another staff member later asked about the food, and again the issue was noted without much reaction. For nearly €200, I expected better handling of feedback and a more attentive level of hospitality. We were also surprised to find the recommended mocktails were €23 each. The food itself was mostly good, which makes the experience more disappointing overall. Fine dining is about the atmosphere and service as much as the food, and unfortunately we left feeling disappointed rather than looked after.

24/04/2026: Disaster at the Restaurant AT pop-up at Tivoli i Copenhagen, Denmark. NOT up to standard, definitely NOT Michelin standard! It was a weird experience, there was a strange ambience in the restaurant at once. The waiters made numerous mistakes - for example serving meet to our daughter who is pescatarian. And we had talked about the pescatarian aspect with him all through the meal. Really weird? Also, we did not get a menu. There were signs with the menu outside the restaurant, so if we had been able to memorise it all - maybe OK? But NOT OK to substitute a dish without telling your guests????! The chef Mr AT himself was present in the restaurant, but clearly that made no difference. And the tastes were much too bland and quite uninteresting all through the meal, frankly. There were a few highlights: The raw shrimp (which should have been sea urchin ceviche...), the oyster serving and the pigeon. There were four desserts, and we didn’t enjoy any of them—which is quite unusual for us. The theme was apples, which could be OK - if it was not because April is completely and totally out of apple season in Denmark. I think that Denmark has the best apples in the world - but certainly not in April, where the trees start to bloom??? This is a serious mistake by chef AT, and on top, actually none of the apple deserts tasted good. The sweet potato desert tasted of - - sweet potato - - nothing interesting about that. All in all it was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT at ATs Danish pop-up. If I could get my money back, I certainly would!

07/04/2026: A warm welcome on the phone and friendly, smiling staff in person – our waitress was great! 👍 The food was good, the prices were mixed, but the high VAT inflated the final bill. 😬 The portions are rather small, so remember to book.

11/03/2026: Wine lovers, don't leave Beaune without stopping for a drink at this bar filled with friendly, cheerful, and very kind people. A big thank you to "Uncle" who always serves us excellent wines and to Kevin for the monkeys 😁

14/04/2026: A truly exceptional inn and restaurant, the kind we wish we could find more often. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and authentic; you immediately feel at ease. Fresh ingredients, homemade dishes prepared to order, full of flavor and generous portions. You can taste the dedication behind every plate; this is definitely a place to remember. A professional, efficient, and attentive team in a simple and pleasant setting. Another very practical feature is the on-site parcel pickup point, making the place even more useful for everyday life and a great reason to return. 😊 One of the best inn and restaurant restaurants in the area; it's hard to find better nearby. You can feel the passion for the craft, the professionalism, and the respect for the customer. That's rare these days and deserves to be highlighted. Thank you!!

07/03/2026: Writing We went to eat at Le Dahu last night for our last day of vacation in Lélex, in the Jura region. The women had raclette and the men had a Jura fondue with 12-month aged Comté cheese: a real discovery, accompanied by a nice little white wine from the Jura. I enjoyed it like never before! It was the first time I'd ever had raclette made exclusively with Comté cheese, and I highly recommend it. Furthermore, neither the staff nor the owner had anything to complain about: we left the restaurant completely won over. A big thank you again to the owner for his kind gesture (with the white wine). I recommend this establishment.

For €17, you get a starter, main course, and dessert, all homemade and very generous portions! I highly recommend this restaurant. The welcome is more than just warm; it feels like home. The dishes are homemade, and the quality is exceptional. What more can I say? I was speechless after tasting your lentil dahl; I think that gives you an idea of ​​the quality of this restaurant. 25/11/2025: Meal trays ordered and delivered for an event. Everything was very good. Delivery was on time. Excellent value for money. My second experience with Le Lion d'Or, and each time very satisfactory. I highly recommend them.

26/04/2026: While passing through Limoges, we stumbled upon the Mamie Bigoude restaurant. And we have absolutely no regrets! The decor is truly vintage, everything I love! Plus, the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a wonderful meal! And the best part? The prices were incredibly reasonable! These days, finding a good restaurant with such great value for money is a real treat! If we're ever back in Limoges, we'll definitely be back :)
