21/04/2026: This is, for me, the best 1-Michelin-starred restaurant I've ever been to. I found everything excellent, especially the pork and the trompe-l'œil salad. The service is equally good, and the setting is lovely. The wine list is also interesting. It's not cheap, but the location and the overall quality make it well worth the price in my opinion. Just one minor point: some of the wine glasses had a musty rag smell (and I wasn't the only one at my table who thought so). However, it wasn't on all the glasses, so it's a small issue to address and check again.

Thank you for allowing us to experience these moments of sensory awakening through creative cuisine, bursting with flavors, textures, and local ingredients... all within a relaxed setting, with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. Bravo to the entire team you can see working in this "open" kitchen; in every sense of the word!

04/06/2026: Food was good: duck confit was very tasty with nice, crispy skin. My son enjoyed the beef tartare. The scrambled eggs with potatoes dish was okay: I liked how smooth the eggs were. Escargot tasted fine, mostly like melted butter but maybe that’s what it’s supposed to taste like. Crème brûlée tasted fine but I don’t think the top was freshly torched. Overall, food was pretty good for our first meal in Paris. However, when we went to pay, we were presented with a tip option and the waiter asked how much we would like to pay. I told him to charge the exact amount with no tip. He replied with a snarky reply “thanking” me for tipping. Remember that tipping is not required in Paris and should not be expected

29/04/2026: I visited this place on April 29th during a very busy period. I am ashamed of the appalling behavior of some customers. There was indeed a wait (understandable given the crowd). Impatient customers pushed their way to the register to vent their anger at the poor, overwhelmed employees. Such rudeness did not leave me indifferent, and I wanted to acknowledge the courage, kindness, and patience shown by the staff. I will gladly return, wait or no wait.

11/04/2026: We didn't eat too badly. However, the portions were very small, the fries were frozen, a real tourist trap.

07/04/2026: A small restaurant we stumbled upon in November 2025, run by a couple and their daughters who help out. It's a shame they were out of mussels in the evening, as we had come specifically for them... But we tried the bull stew (gardiane de taureau) instead: a real treat! The customers were chatting amicably, and there were many regulars who came back every year. A lovely little restaurant. We'll be back this summer with our children to try the fish specialty that some customers had raved about... but this time we'll make a reservation to be sure of getting mussels, or we'll come for lunch.
