26/08/2026: We were passing through Fontainebleau to visit the château and were looking for an Asian restaurant for the evening. I'm quite picky when it comes to Asian food. Well, what a surprise! Everything was delicious! The pho was very good, the Thai beef salad delicious, the wonton soup delicious. Even the bubble tea was great! My daughters loved everything! I wish I had a place like this near my home… I would be in heaven! I therefore recommend it 100%!

Hours of waiting for meager, unremarkable dishes served on plates that were impractical for cutting your meat or appetizer. Even the checkout was a farce, making you wonder if it was a hidden camera prank. And on top of all that, it wasn't cheap.

24/08/2026: A truly beautiful spot in Colmar, both literally and figuratively. For the café, discover the approach of its creators regarding their organic coffee suppliers – bravo! Excellent coffees, both for sale and for tasting. Paired with Alba ice cream, superb with bold, classic, but always high-quality flavors. Small terrace, cozy corner inside, and amazing, friendly, and efficient service – a rare gem. We can't wait to return – bravo, keep it up!

19/07/2026: A family-run restaurant that's a true representation of Mexico on French soil! They're incredibly welcoming, and the food is delicious: a welcome change from supermarket tortillas! They adjust the spice level to suit each customer's taste (hot sauce is served on the side). There was a little candle on my daughter's birthday cake, and the woman who handles reservations and service sang "Feliz compleanos" in Spanish and French: honestly, it was so touching! In short: a lovely atmosphere, a very warm welcome, a culinary delight, and generous portions to satisfy even the heartiest appetites: a joy to pay the bill and come back for more! I recommend this restaurant 3000%! It deserves a much larger space than this little gem in the heart of Saint Germain!

15/08/2026: Excellent and welcoming bistro! We arrived starving, passing through on our way from Brittany back to the Netherlands. The kitchen was actually scheduled to open half an hour later, but the owner consulted with the chef immediately so that we could order. The menu du jour – only 19.50 – started with a generous buffet of starters, including an exquisite pasta dish, something with kidney beans and tuna, various fresh fruits, and cold cuts. The main courses, such as the chicken skewer or hamburger, were honest, simple, and flavorful. Among the desserts, the perfect crème brûlée stood out. The friendliness of the hostess and the efficient service made our dinner – with three teenagers – a wonderful experience.
