26/04/2026: Very kind and friendly staff! We're not in Italy, but the food far exceeded expectations. It's certainly not the same as Italian dishes, but it's good! I tried the Milanese with green beans, and it was very good, and the pizza wasn't bad either! I'm staying in Saint-Quentin for a week, and I've been going there almost every day!

28/05/2026: We stayed here for lunch and it was a great experience. The table d'hôte was suberb!

14/05/2026: We tried the Michelin-starred restaurant for the first time and it was a very pleasant experience. Immersed in the atmosphere of a barn, the dishes flowed seamlessly, with efficient, unpretentious service unlike what you sometimes find in other Michelin-starred restaurants. It was perfect. There's no set menu; it's offered for the entire table. The ingredients are high-quality and seasonal.

17/05/2026: We came to this restaurant for dinner and the meal was truly excellent and generous. Special mention goes to the waiter who was remarkably kind and attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

07/06/2026: Fantastic authentic Vietnamese restaurant with great food and friendly service. Everything on the menu is delicious and available under the sun. The pho and spring rolls were amazing. Fresh ingredients, no frozen garbage like in some tourist traps around Europe. If you love Vietnamese food, this is the place! 07/05/2026: A first for us: plate service by conveyor belt. The food served is very good, the kebabs and meatballs particularly delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and exotic. A great place to go, especially with hungry teenagers 😎

05/05/2026: Pure bliss! Sushi made right in front of us and so fresh. A good variety of choices, everything is truly delicious and fresh. The cooks never stop for a second, constantly refilling the small plates to satisfy us. Excellent and original with its conveyor belt several meters long, continuously passing different dishes. A word of advice... Book in advance! 👍👍👍

24/06/2026: I was very disappointed with the dish I ordered (prawn wok): four tiny prawns with very little pasta and a few zucchini/mushrooms, and it was very oily. The portion was minuscule and I finished it in four bites. I left feeling hungry. A complete rip-off.

08/06/2026: We went to eat and listen to a concert. The welcome was very good. The meal was fine. One waitress (tall) was not at all polite or helpful. I asked her what a pinsa was, and I had to repeat it four times. Later, she came up behind me to take my platter, which I had barely finished eating, without asking, of course, bumping into me and knocking over a glass. My friend had shards of glass under his feet. She went to get a broom, and without asking us to get up or anything, she started sweeping. We got up, and she barely even said sorry or thank you; we were in her way. Later, some people sat down at the next table. And she started again, bumping into me, and when she took our order, I got a smack on her backside. But she didn't seem to mind and did it again while serving them. So perhaps she needs to learn some manners and politeness.

25/05/2026: Excellent lunch in this heat! I was served by the chef himself (thank you, Karl!). The eggs mayonnaise were delicious and beautifully presented. This was followed by a chilled mushroom velouté, gazpacho-style, topped with toasted hazelnuts—a real treat! Thank you for the meal and the warm welcome! 🙏😊

16/06/2026: Overall, great stay. Staff were warm and welcoming. Nice, clean rooms. Pool was outstanding.

15/06/2026: I am not sure how this is rated a 4-star hotel. The property feels old and run-down, and the rooms feel like a cheap roadside motel. The staff is incredibly rude, and the level of customer service is unlike anything I have experienced in the South of France. Dinner at L'Ensemble was a disaster— 15 min sitting down before someone offered us water and took drink orders. Over two hours to receive our food, my husband's swordfish was raw, my steak was like rubber, and the staff is just entirely indifferent. To make matters worse, there is nowhere else to eat besides the one restaurant. The pool bar/restaurant is only open June 27 till end of August, so there is no poolside service. I came here to spend five days while my daughter attends tennis camp for 2 weeks, and the pool is closed for private events three of those five days, so I can't even hang out by the pool while shes training. Nothing short of disappointing. This will be my first and last stay here. The only redeeming quality is the beautiful tennis facility. Take your money elsewhere and stay somewhere that actually cares about the guests and delivers a true 4-star resort experience.
