The dishes are meticulously prepared, exquisitely refined, sometimes even daring, yet everything comes together perfectly: an explosion of flavors! The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and we listened with genuine passion as each dish was described. We will most certainly return, especially since the menu changes regularly with the seasons, offering plenty of opportunities for further culinary discoveries.

It all begins with Gaëlle's presentation of the menu, then once the choice is made (not easy), comes the visual pleasure of plating the dishes before letting your taste buds feast on the unique but oh-so-delicious dishes. 31/03/2026: We came last week (Saturday evening: FAMILLE GOUSSU) with my husband, our daughter, and her friend. We had a wonderful time. Everything was delicious from start to finish! The food was top-notch. Mr. GUILBAULT delighted us with exquisite and refined dishes throughout, all in a friendly atmosphere. And the cheese platter!!! Mmm, my taste buds are still savoring it! It's a shame we live 3.5 hours away, because this would have become our go-to Saturday night restaurant. Go without hesitation! I highly recommend it!

13/04/2026: A Sicilian cook accompanied by her Sardinian husband… a duo as beautiful as their respective islands of origin. Hearty and delicious dishes (we had parmesan risotto, salmon, and lasagna), two of which were naturally gluten-free. Exquisite almond desserts and authentic Italian espresso. Low prices considering the quality of what we ate. We'll be back!
