05/09/2026: A lovely spot for an afternoon ice cream (from Berthillon 😋)! I highly recommend the vanilla ice cream and the pear sorbet – they're excellent!! The service was quick and friendly. The decor is charming, and it's a bistro-style place near the Panthéon.

19/08/2026: My first French dinner in Paris! We didn’t reserved but the guy welcomed both in. The restaurant is quite busy at 6:30pm. Most of guests are from local. Both 12 snails starter, duck confit, and beef tartare are very tasty and special for us! 57 euros

02/08/2026: The food was absolutely terrible. The quality was very disappointing, and the taste was awful. On top of that, the prices were far too high for what you get. It offers very poor value for money. I won’t be coming back, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place.

01/09/2026: Disappointed. The appetizer buffet was standard: crudités, hard-boiled eggs, mixed vegetables... and very basic, tasteless cold cuts. Three main courses were offered: filet mignon in sauce, beef tongue in sauce, and turkey kebab. The kebab, with its what I think was an industrial sauce, made me sick. The fries were frozen, and the shredded salad was swimming in sauce. The apple tart was also frozen, with a shortcrust pastry-like texture but very little sugar, resulting in a slightly sweet crumb. If you're not a regular and don't ask, they won't explain what's included. This almost happened to us. So, in summary, for €13.80 you get a crudités/cold cuts buffet... a choice of main course and dessert, and cheese in a small ramekin: a tiny piece of Gruyère and a tiny piece of Camembert. The dry cider was barely drinkable. Trying it doesn't necessarily mean adopting it.

23/08/2026: I arrived at lunchtime, there was plenty of seating. They ignored me for a while at the entrance. Okay, so used to it. They seated me at a table, and I was alone. The waiter took a very long time to arrive, even though I said I was ready to order when they sat me down. Okay, the waiter took my order: spare ribs and a Coke. No one brought me the traditional salad with a baguette. Now they've brought them to other tables. When they brought the spare ribs, they forgot to bring the Coke! Okay, it's not hard to ask for another one. They brought the bottle without a glass or ice, which they usually always did, and at other tables there were glasses, ice, and a straw, too. At least the spare ribs were excellent and they gave me two sauces. As always, I was polite, smiling, and didn't forget to say hello.

24/08/2026: I've always loved it. It's still such a beautiful place and great value for money. The new manager has brought back the warm and relaxed atmosphere created by an excellent team. You feel right at home at Auberge Dab.

23/08/2026: I came with my partner and my mother for her birthday. We had a wonderful time. The business lunch menu is great and very good value, and the food is excellent. I want to thank John very much for the impeccable service; he was so attentive and had a touch of humor, which I appreciate. Thank you to the whole team, and I look forward to seeing you again soon!

10/09/2026: One word: magnificent. I completely disagree with the previous negative review. The chef offers a creative and gastronomic escape, which he shares with genuine warmth. I've had the opportunity to visit twice. The first time was for work, and it was a superb discovery. I returned in June with my wife… another delightful experience, a journey of flavors and finesse. True bistro fare, and the portions are just right, unless you're looking for a gargantuan Lyonnais bouchon. The four-course menu offers excellent value for money, quantity, and above all, a magnificent exploration of flavors, enhanced by the presentation. Regarding the service: you're greeted by a waitress who is always smiling and professional, a rare find these days. The chef and his sous-chef sometimes come to ask how your culinary journey is going. The kitchen: a veritable laboratory with impeccable hygiene, which is always a pleasure. The chef: I had the pleasure of congratulating him, and he is a truly wonderful person, very humble, and has a fantastic team. So, my wife and I highly recommend this magnificent little restaurant to all our friends. Thank you again for the wonderful experience and the quality of service in a place where you are respected and made to feel at ease with a genuine smile, all while enjoying exceptional cuisine.

02/08/2026: We got married yesterday at Mas de l'Echanson, and we have absolutely no regrets! We had a secular ceremony under the trees, and we were ALL in the shade, a real bonus in this heat. Everything was perfect! Everyone ate very well (the appetizers, the meal, and especially the cake). The staff is so kind and attentive. And the real bonus was being able to leave the decorations the day before; Stéphanie set everything up. Being a very anxious person, this took a huge weight off my shoulders! Thanks to that, I slept soundly the night before the wedding! And we were able to enjoy our wedding to the fullest. Thank you again for everything; you can book with complete confidence!!!
