...lots of sauce but no main ingredients, e.g., a few small pieces of chorizo, soft dough....well, I won't eat them again...

13/12/2024: Michelin-starred restaurant, refined dishes, impeccable service, very pleasant setting in a former coaching inn. Downside very few parking spaces belonging to the establishment and blue zone in the street limited in time.

The service is excellent and very warm. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate which allows you to perfect the moment!
In this place, the culinary art is elevated to its peak, the chef is inspired by emblematic recipes of French gastronomy while keeping the identity of Alsatian cuisine. I particularly loved the langoustines with broth and the morel ravioli. A delight for the taste buds.
Nevertheless, my big favorite remains the royal hare, both of an unprecedented sweetness and character. I really had the pleasure of discovering flavors and aromas that still stay with me.
Each dish demonstrates the full technical range of the chef who masters his subject with his fingertips.

06/10/2024: Superb restaurant nestled in the heart of the village of Maussane run by a passionate couple. The chef delights with his unique menu of great elegance and finesse. The approach is modern without being pretentious. Special mention for the ravioli that evening.
The service is attentive, rigorous and beautifully simple.
The wine list is impressive, to put many gourmet or starred restaurants to shame! Many gems that are difficult to find in Burgundy and Jura in particular.

08/12/2024: I recently discovered this cocooning restaurant that I really like. Friday lunchtime, I went there for the first time with my colleagues, and the warm atmosphere was there. The service was impeccable, with dish recommendations that appealed to us, not forgetting the manager's smile which added a personal touch to our experience.
The food was simply delicious. The gnocchi with chorizo, eggplant and chicken in sauce were a real treat, combining flavors and textures in a harmonious way. Additionally, the value for money is very reasonable, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this establishment without hesitation and I am already planning to come back as a couple soon to enjoy again this friendly atmosphere and these tasty dishes.

14/12/2024: There were 4 of us, impeccable children's menu (under 10 years old) we took 2 Glouton pizzas which are really good with very fresh ingredients. The dough is thin and crispy-soft...it's really good. The snail butter lacks a little seasoning but the gizzards are excellent. The Périgord salad is hearty and tasty. The hash browns melt well in your mouth and the gizzards are just like those on the pizza. For dessert, a Nutella brioche...big downside of the meal, we didn't like it. The vanilla ice cream is ordinary, the brioche is industrial without flavor. We need to rework this dessert to make it better. The service is impeccable, the waitresses are smiling and attentive. I found this restaurant to be very quiet despite the size, the number of seats and the height of the room. We had a pleasant time which resulted in a bill of €84 including drinks...1 children's menu, 2 pizzas, a salad, a dessert and a coffee... It's not very cheap but I I believe that today it is the minimum...in summary the dishes are of quality, the dessert so-so...top service. Thank you and

El trato genial y la comida estaba buena, creo que comido cosas que no sabía que eran por la barrera del idioma pero me han gustado. Sorpresa agradable de sabores.

24/10/2024: J’ai passé excellent moment dans cet établissement. La salle est très agréable.
Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil.
Le menu était top également.
La terrine maison était excellente. Idem pour le mignon de porc aigre doux. J’ai regretté de ne pas avoir pris le gâteau creusois que mon père a beaucoup apprécié. Mon Tiramisu était cependant très bon.
Nous avons arrosé cela avec un petit Montagne Saint Emilion.
Nous reviendrons, nous avons eu aussi des suggestions de visites touristiques et nous ne manquerons pas de pousser de nouveau la porte de cet établissent.
