19/08/2026: My sister and I had the pleasure of enjoying the Étude experience while visiting Paris, and it was truly one of the highlights of our vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. Our charming server could not have been more attentive—she seemed to anticipate our every need and was wonderfully warm and informative as she guided us through each dish and wine pairing. We chose the five-course Ballade menu with the wine pairing, and it was exceptional from beginning to end. Each course was exquisitely presented, with flavours that were complex, beautifully balanced, and completely satisfying. The pairings were equally impressive and thoughtfully chosen, including one course accompanied by an exquisite sake that was a delightful surprise. What made the evening especially memorable was the combination of extraordinary food, impeccable service, and genuine warmth. We left feeling completely spoiled and still talking about the wonderful culinary experience we had just enjoyed. Étude gave us an evening we will remember long after our trip to Paris. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

23/05/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this family-run hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner is a true chef who knows how to delight the palate and satisfy even the heartiest appetites. As a gourmet and gourmand, I was in heaven. The owner's wife welcomes and serves you. The breakfast is very comprehensive. The hotel is quiet and very well insulated. Ideally located for immersing yourself in the world of Ferdinand Cheval, whose tomb on one side and ideal palace on the other are just a few minutes' walk away in the town of Hauterives itself. The parking lot is gated and the entrance is secured with a keypad. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in a beautiful region nestled between the countryside and the mountains.

28/05/2026: A great stopover at the inn before our stay in Annecy; don't miss the Bresse chicken! The welcome was pleasant and professional. We didn't try the pool, but we'll have to come back. A stop not to be missed.

25/05/2026: A very pleasant stay at this hostel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. A big thank you to the receptionist who was particularly friendly, smiling, and helpful throughout our stay. Excellent breakfast. I highly recommend it!

27/02/2026: We took advantage of Regain's visit to try the Fulgurances restaurant and we weren't disappointed! Regain's cuisine is delicious, refined and full of flavor, just as good as what we tasted there in Marseille a few years ago.
