18/08/2026: This is a place you won't forget! Two dining rooms, two atmospheres, and both magical: on one side, an authentic buron (traditional shepherd's hut) that still seems to carry the spirit of those who once worked there; on the other, a more modern room offering a breathtaking panorama of the Aubrac plateau. On the plate, generous, authentic, and delicious cuisine that showcases local produce. The welcome is warm and the service attentive, with a generosity that makes you feel instantly at ease. In short, a truly wonderful place, full of charm and authenticity, from which we left enchanted. An excellent memory that we will cherish from our time in Aubrac!

16/08/2026: A truly wonderful gourmet restaurant with very reasonable prices considering the quality and quantity of the dishes. All the staff are incredibly friendly and pleasant. Even our little dog was treated like royalty 😉 Well done, don't change a thing, we'll definitely be back.

06/08/2026: I highly recommend this place. The service is excellent, with truly friendly staff. As for the food, you can tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients, especially the beef tartare, which was superb. So I'm not surprised by the prices; it's definitely worth treating yourself! 🤗🤗 The service was quite quick.

08/09/2026: Excellent service and a very friendly and efficient team. The food arrives very quickly and is of good quality. The service is a little rushed, but overall the restaurant is pleasant. A set menu of starter, main course, and dessert for €18.50 is very good value for money. I highly recommend it for a quick lunch, for the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff.

23/08/2026: Exceptional food. The salted lamb was delicious, as were the cheeses and the other dishes we ordered. Unfortunately, the waiter who initially greeted and served us, who I believe was also the owner, was rushed and unwelcoming. Fortunately, a friendly and helpful young woman served us later.

29/04/2026: We had an absolutely delightful lunch at La Ferme aux Grives, part of the beautiful Les Prés d’Eugénie, Michel Guérard estate, a member of Relais & Châteaux. • From the moment we walked through the gate, we knew we were in for something special. The garden setting is simply magical, surrounded by roses in full bloom, with birdsong in the background and even the occasional lizard passing through. It is the kind of place that immediately invites you to slow down and take it all in. • The experience was seamless from start to finish. Service was warm, attentive and perfectly paced, striking that balance between professionalism and genuine hospitality. We began with cocktails before enjoying a beautifully executed three course meal. The dishes were elegant yet grounded in the region, with a clear respect for seasonal ingredients and classic French technique. Every plate was as visually refined as it was delicious. • What makes this place particularly special is how effortlessly it delivers a true Relais & Châteaux experience. There is no pretension, just a deep sense of place, quality and care in every detail. • For those who may not know, the estate is closely tied to Michel Guérard,and the entire property reflects his philosophy of refined yet approachable gastronomy. • This was one of those rare lunches where everything comes together perfectly, from the setting and atmosphere to the food and service. A truly memorable experience, and absolutely worth it.

21/04/2026: We really appreciated this restaurant—it was such a lovely experience. The starters were outstanding; we had the best asparagus to start. As a vegetarian, I was especially impressed that they prepared an amazing risotto just for me. The side dishes were delicious and felt like true comfort food, and the dessert was simply fantastic. The service was attentive and welcoming, and the setting is incredibly charming—rustic, cozy, and full of character. It has a unique atmosphere that makes you disconnect and feel transported to another time. Highly recommended!

30/08/2026: We've literally been waiting for an hour and the service is incredibly slow. We're very disappointed; they put out way too much rice. Like, we're supposed to be at an all-you-can-eat sushi place, but after waiting for an hour, we finally get our food, and honestly, there's not enough. I finished it in a minute, and I mean two minutes, no less. There are still things left, like skewers, and they haven't given us the rice yet. I was starving, so I said, "I'll have the salmon," because we were waiting for the rice. So now we're still waiting for the skewers, and that's it. It's disappointing.

01/08/2026: I stumbled upon this sushi restaurant and it was surprisingly good. The waitress was alone taking orders and serving, but she did an amazing job. The menu is classic with nice lunchtime set menus that you can customize. A great experience for a very reasonable price. Pleasant welcome.

29/07/2026: Went for dinner at Moulin de la Camandoule and it was one of the best meals of the trip! The pricing was very reasonable, we did the 50€ 3 course dinner and it did not disappoint. The best dish by far was the braised beef, it just melts in your mouth. The duck was also quite good. You get a beautiful view of Fayence since this is at the bottom of the town and if you’re travelling in the summer, 7pm - 8pm is a great time for your reservation because you’ll get to see the sunset on the town of Fayence which is very nice.

24/06/2026: We had the most wonderful experience at the Moulin de la Camandoule. The setting is absolutely magical; one of those rare places where the food, the setting and the entire team come together perfectly. Every dish full of authentic flavours and the team very attentive, professional, warm and genuinely passionate about their job. A true gem in the Pays de Fayence that we will gladly return to. We wholeheartedly recommend! Thank you, Dominique and your entire team!

21/08/2026: A horrible experience. A Sunday lunchtime infested with flies and wasps on the buffet. Nothing was covered, and nobody cared! In short, avoid it. Very expensive for what it is, and not amazing.

26/05/2026: We made a reservation through the Fork for Whit Monday. My husband double-checked with me in the morning, are you sure it’s open. I had traded e-mails with the manager/owner to arrange for a fish main course so I told him I was sure. We arrived a little ahead of our 12:30pm reservation and pulled on the discrete door. It didn’t open. Oh no! I thought. Then the maître d’ open the door promptly and welcomed us in and asked our name. Our table and printed menu was waiting for us. On such a crazy hot day where a demonstration re-routed our bus route we were welcomed into an air-conditioned oasis. The service was excellent — sincere, attentive, anticipatory and charming. The food was delicious. The amuse bouche came very quickly as did the appetizer. What I loved about many of the dishes was the diversity of textures (shaved konbu & egg confit), the freshness of the produce (the crispness of the green asparagus), and the sauces that had umami as well as brightness and herbs. I used my spoon many times. (Oh and the bread) We chose a white wine from Burgundy that was recommended on the plaque placed on our table as available by the glass or bottle. The white burgundy was so good and went well with our courses. We enjoyed our lunch very much.

15/07/2026: We ordered five Regina pizzas: they were inconsistent, and four out of five weren't visually appealing. None of them were good. One of the pasta dishes was different from what was served on our last visit in June. The menu has been reduced; we really get the impression that the establishment was trying to cut costs at the expense of quality, and/or that the kitchen staff is struggling.
