19/05/2026: An absolutely beautiful dining experience from start to finish. The three-course meal was exceptional — the flavours were complex, layered, and utterly transporting. Each course felt like a story unfolding on the plate. The ambience was wonderful, and a particular highlight was our waiter, who was impeccably turned out and brought a real sense of polish to the evening. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole experience feel genuinely special. Can't wait to return.

13/07/2026: A very warm welcome and outstanding care for the elderly member of the group (waiting time was limited to a chair and a table in the air-conditioned room upstairs, accessible by a small elevator). The service was efficient and very friendly... so it was very busy and noisy.

06/07/2026: A true Toulouse institution! Refined, delicious, and subtly nuanced cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking to spend a wonderful time in a beautiful setting, with service that is both professional and friendly.

06/07/2026: Service is excellent. Often, restaurants like Bibent have staff who are but civil. Dare I say the staff we interacted with were nice with maybe a tinge of warmth. Of the cassoulet we've tried during our two weeks in Occitanie, this was the best in terms of flavor. Perhaps the duck fat to meat ratio was higher than others we've eaten, but overall this has been our favorite. We were finally able to try a Fronton wine, and I am so happy to report that this restaurant knows how to store wine. It was served at the perfect (appropriate) temperature, and was very enjoyable. One small niggle is that not all the teas are Mariage Frères as listed on the menu. At least some are Damman Frères. Sort of false advertising if you have discriminating tea tastes! All in all, the restaurant is one we would happily return to for a nice meal. Recommended.

16/07/2026: The food didn't live up to expectations. Everything was oversalted. The tables were small, but people kept passing by, making it difficult to enjoy the atmosphere and the food; it felt busy. The coffee was disgusting, but the cocktails were strong. It took a long time to get me a menu; in fact, the waiters couldn't find one.

15/07/2026: A fantastic place, Alain Ducasse's bistro. Affordable menu, with a truly extensive wine list. The food is delicious, but what's even more impressive is the immaculate decor of the place and the attentive staff. If I were in Paris, I'd go every week. Truly worthy of every positive comment.

07/06/2026: Fantastic find! A really cool concept, a place to remember for Sunday brunch. I'm looking forward to Friday nights with the BBQ and maybe even trying out the open mic (with my musician son) on Sunday evenings this summer. 02/06/2026: I was disappointed by the steak tartare I had; the fries were cold and the texture of the mince wasn't very pleasant. The service was quick but unfriendly. The restaurant at the office is very nice.
