02/07/2025: The Wallace is a sure bet for spending an evening with friends. The atmosphere is warm, the decor typical of an English pub, and the selection of beers is truly excellent. The dishes are simple but good, perfect with a pint. The service is generally friendly, even if it can sometimes be a bit lacking in responsiveness when it's busy. A great place to chill, watch a game, or enjoy an after-work drink!

20/11/2024: Ça sent bon la cuisine maison ! Le pain est bon aussi c’est important. J’ai pris le menu du jour entrée plus plat 16,50 €. C’était parfait.
05/11/2024: Service rapide avec le sourire, salade aux chèvres : salade fraîche, oignons confits top, Burger très copieux pour Monsieur, le tout avec un pichet de Chinon plutôt sympa pour le prix.

08/09/2024: Super endroit pour un diner parfait dans ce restaurant troglodyte avec ma femme nous avons passé un bon moment. Le service est irréprochable et la cuisine est très bonne. Nous recommandons ce restaurant.
17/08/2024: Accueil un peu mitigé, étant de passage, nous n'avions pas réservé. On nous a réprimandé et nous a présenté notre placement en salle 2 un peu comme une punition. Nous étions fatigués par la route sinon, nous serions repartie.
Si l'entrée a été correcte, le plat était médiocre : les frites molles et avec un goût de graisse brûlée, nous les avons laissées, on ne nous a pas demandé pourquoi, peut-être que la réponse était déjà connue.
Pour un restaurant qui possède une cave (viticulteur), nous n'avons pas pu avoir de vin rouge au verre, seul le blanc était proposé. il fallait acheter une bouteille ou une demie. Une seule personne voulait un verre de vin rouge. Il existe des bouchons spéciaux pour refermer les bouteilles tout en gardant leur saveur.

21/08/2024: The restaurant is located in the center of the village. We reserved a table for 4 and each of us was happy with the meal.
Menus and a la carte dishes are available and prices are reasonable. We ate very well and in good quantity. In addition, small digestives are offered at the end of the meal, which is always nice.
21/08/2024: Very friendly waiters! Different formulas to taste several things and excellent value for money!
I recommend and we will return!

02/10/2024: Very good restaurant, very good welcome, very well received. A good address in a magnificent area.
18/09/2024: We saw when we arrived that it was a tobacco bar restaurant and so we pushed the door open without much expectation of the kitchen.
Well, very pleasant surprise, the meal was perfect. The excellent mussels, the perfect homemade fries and to finish excellent ice creams with original flavors (Breton pucks, ginger, licorice). We really enjoyed ourselves.
The only downside is that dogs are accepted but the restaurant is not very suitable for medium or large dogs.
