11/07/2026: Hello, I am contacting you because I am a regular customer, but my visit this morning left a very bad taste in my mouth. I arrived a little before opening time. The doors were already physically open, but I was refused access to the restrooms because I needed to use them urgently, on the pretext that there were 3 minutes left before the official opening time. Right after that, I returned a box full of luggage. The employee refused to refund me, claiming there was a scanning problem or that the return had already been processed. I left with only €2.10, which was far from the amount due. I usually appreciate the friendly service of your store, but this lack of flexibility and this refund issue have greatly disappointed me. How can we resolve the problem of this incorrectly scanned luggage? Thank you in advance for your reply. Sincerely, Update: The manager contacted me by email to refuse any refund for my physical till, hiding behind account statistics. She didn't even apologize for her employee's appalling behavior and, worse, condoned it. Deplorable business practices, avoid them at all costs.

01/09/2026: NENI ( opposite to Gare du Nord) was the first place I visited after landing in Paris, and I was honestly quite anxious about the city. But the warm and friendly staff here gave me such a lovely first impression of Paris. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. My Dinners, atmosphere, and especially the hospitality made this place truly special for me. NENI is definitely one of my favorite restaurants now, and I’ll be coming back every time I’m in Paris. ❤️

06/07/2026: I was very impressed by the warm atmosphere of this restaurant; the servers are very welcoming and attentive, the setting is charming and very clean. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the service and food.

06/07/2026: I was blown away by the quality of service and the welcome at La Rapée. The atmosphere is truly warm and the setting is tastefully decorated. The value for money is incredibly fair and the cleanliness is impeccable.

09/09/2026: We booked in advance, specifying that we were in a hurry. The staff were attentive and served us very quickly. The dishes were generous and very good for an affordable price (set menu: main course + dessert + coffee). Thank you.

06/09/2026: We aren't regular customers, but we've been coming for years (over 15). So, as always, we appreciated the food, which is plentiful and flavorful. It's local, it's good. But this time, we really had to make an effort to enjoy our meals. We had reserved a table and were offered a seat on the terrace. When we arrived, we were seated inside. We didn't say anything. Our table was right next to another one. So close, in fact, that the gentleman behind me kept leaning back, and his hair was touching mine. Poor guy, it wasn't his fault, but I spent the evening pressed against the table and leaning forward to avoid that happening again... On top of that, there were several hiccups with the service, with staff who weren't always up to scratch. So, it's still as good as ever, but the service somewhat spoiled the experience.

However, the portions weren't huge, and a little sauce with the cordon bleu would have been nice to make it perfect, but other than that, it was delicious. You posted your comment about the desserts in the wrong section 😅

04/07/2026: Absolutely fantastic experience! Our server was so sweet, kind and helpful! I ordered the burrata salad which was delicious I highly recommend!! My friend got one of the pizzoli’s and it was fantastic. I can’t wait to go back!

21/06/2026: Wonderful experience! The woman server was so kind, especially to the children who were being kids around the restaurant. I ordered the Massaro pizzoli and it was phenomenal! Great vegetarian option and very filling. Only request would be some more eggplant as it was so good! The panini/sandwich/ravioli came out extremely quickly and the staff was very kind.

06/09/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars because the quality-price ratio is fantastic. When there are four of you, you really notice it. The place is small but charming. They also have outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and very attentive. One girl, whose name I don't know, speaks Spanish, but that's not a problem because they're very helpful. The menu isn't extensive, but it's sufficient. Salads, appetizers, pasta, etc. They do have quite a few homemade pizza options. They offer set menus with an appetizer and main course, or a main course and dessert, which works out almost the same as ordering one thing at a time. Appetizers include salads, cured meats, and local pâté. The dessert we tried was the homemade chocolate mousse, which was delicious. A highly recommended spot in the city center!

12/09/2026: The food was good but the service needs improvement! We had ordered our appetizer and entrees. I asked for water and the waitress brings the pitcher without any glasses so I had to ask for the glasses. Then our entrees arrived but I was still waiting for my cocktail which came out late. As we ate our entrees I had assumed our gyoza appetizer was just delayed. But we finished eating I realized that our gyozos were forgotten. So when it was time to pay I noticed we were charged for them so I told waitress we never received it. Then she tells me that there was an issue with the gyozo. So why didn’t she tell me this sooner and only mentioned after it was time to pay!!! We won’t be going back.

The service was worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, with attentive waiters and an owner who showed us such lovely attention to our little boy. The meal was generous, beautifully presented, and above all, DELICIOUS! When the menu arrived, it was simple: everything looked so tempting! Bravo, because such high-quality service is rare.

03/09/2026: I waited 40 minutes for a pad Thai before realizing they had simply forgotten my order, even though everyone else at the table had been served except me. Furthermore, the food lacked flavor; the dish was quite bland, which is unacceptable for Asian cuisine. I do not recommend this restaurant.

01/09/2026: The staff were friendly, and we were lucky enough to order in English. The rice was dry and tasteless. It wasn't bad per se and certainly edible, but we wouldn't order it again. Definitely not authentic. The tables are small and not very comfortable.

31/07/2026: Hello, last night I ordered from you via Uber Eats. When my order arrived, my girlfriend and I noticed that the sandwich ingredients had been reversed (the ingredients for my sandwich were in hers, and mine had hers). The problem is that she's allergic to onions and ate them, while I'm Muslim and ate ham. I called the restaurant, and they assured me they hadn't made a mistake. They offered to let me pick up the order because they had remade it for me. What I didn't appreciate was that there was no compensation whatsoever, and furthermore, the employee lied to me. Once I arrived at Subway, she said she would show me a picture of the sandwiches, but the picture she showed me was of the new sandwiches she had just made. I find it unacceptable that an employee would do her job poorly and, moreover, lie to a customer about something so serious. My girlfriend was hospitalized for a whole time. The evening and my religious beliefs are appalling. I find it horrible that she didn't even apologize for her mistake. I absolutely do not recommend your store. I will tell my family and friends not to shop there again, and if the manager could contact me, that would be great. Thank you.
