17/09/2026: A little oasis, nestled in a lovely courtyard. Delicious pastries and excellent coffee, served on very stylish tableware. The staff is very friendly and competent. Well worth a visit.

13/09/2026: A must-visit in Valence! We recently discovered their macarons and ice cream, and what a delightful surprise: they are simply delicious! A true gourmet discovery. The service is also top-notch, with a warm, smiling, and professional team. We particularly appreciated the opportunity to sample some products, especially the chocolate, for free before making our selection, in front of the Peynet kiosk and Crussol Castle. And of course, it's impossible to talk about Guillet without mentioning their pogne and suisses, whose quality has remained true to my memories for years. They are classic treats that we always enjoy. This is a place I love to visit and which has become a must for us whenever we return to Valence. I highly recommend it!
