26/12/2025: This is just my opinion, and as always, form your own opinion and experience. Passing through Ariège to visit wool artisans and find horn combs (tricky, right?), I was hungry, and I love "old-fashioned" restaurants, not those trendy, overpriced tapas places where you end up with nothing to eat. "Chez Ginette" is old-fashioned! Very old-fashioned, in fact! The delicious soup is free, the portions are generous, and the decor is authentic. It's definitely not for the pretentious, unless you're looking for a more open-minded, village-like atmosphere! As a bonus, the people are friendly and chatty. If you're outgoing too, you might even get some boozy treats, in moderation! It's the kind of place we love, where you feel like a kid again if your parents took you there, where you step back in time to better times, as we often hear these days...

25/01/2025: Very well received, beautiful decoration done with refinement. Staff available, discreet, competent. Free-range chicken with its exceptional sauce cut in front of me, (choice of piece and generous portion), mashed potatoes. For dessert, I fell for the chocolate mousse, beautifully presented, excellent! Great experience.

09/05/2026: Excellent place, definitely one of the best spots in Paris. The Thai salad, a Lucie-inspired version with miso salmon, is clearly the dish to order. Super fresh, full of flavor, and the miso salmon really makes all the difference. And a big thumbs up for the servers who are lovely, a great welcome from start to finish!

19/04/2026: With dishes at this price, you expect at least some thought and effort, but when you're served a boiled potato as a side, you're left wanting more. The welcome is friendly until you stop ordering. As for the view, it could be pleasant if it weren't for the tarp that ruins everything. In short, this restaurant is fine, but not at this price.

23/04/2026: We visited this establishment yesterday with several couples, and it was another excellent experience from the amuse-bouche to dessert: beautifully presented dishes, quality ingredients, and a wide selection on the menu. A special mention goes to the waiter, who was very professional and friendly. Excellent value for money; a place to remember without hesitation.

22/04/2026: Really disappointed with this restaurant. The staff were not at all pleasant, I felt like I was bothering them, they hit people with their trays while serving them without apology, we had to eat together at separate tables, and the price was very expensive for two very basic menus.

23/04/2026: This crêperie is a real gem! Having had the chance to travel and taste crêpes all over the world, I can say without hesitation that this is where I've tasted the best. Everything comes together perfectly: the taste, the texture, the perfect cooking… you can taste the expertise from the very first bite. The crêpes are incredibly generous, both in terms of filling and size. Each plate is a true delight, with quality ingredients and perfectly balanced combinations. They don't try to overdo it, but everything is done with precision and a touch of indulgence. It's the kind of place you happily return to, as much for the exceptional quality of the crêpes as for the friendly atmosphere. A must-visit for all crêpe lovers!
