08/06/2025: A real shopkeeper, they remember you, they are friendly, the pizzas are delicious and well stocked. Fresh product, homemade hot sauce. I love going there and I can only recommend you do the same.

14/09/2024: Calamars désséchés et insipides. Personnel mettant en doute nos remarques. Désert châtaigne et tarte aux figues bien. Nous avions déjà mangé dans ce restaurant mais là nous avons été vraiment déçu.

20/09/2024: If someone asks me to recommend a restaurant in Alsace with homemade dishes, I would say Bim Buewele without hesitation. The staff of the establishment are super welcoming, always a smile which is super pleasant. The restaurant is clean. The dishes are homemade, thanks to the kitchen.
It's not the first time I've come but it's only when I'm passing through Drusenheim. Just a big thank you and well done.

Les plats sont originaux, flatteurs à l'œil et délicieux.

04/12/2024: I've been to this restaurant several times, I'm not going to lie, the service is fast, the food is good but on the other hand the staff doesn't make an effort (I'm just talking about one person, the one who takes the orders, she is not smiling towards the customers, answers direct telephone calls while I am talking to you, frankly a little politeness please, if the customer wants to sit on one side, don't tell them if there is 'has a big group coming to you get off the table? But do you say that to a customer?
When I went I had the impression that he was obliged to say bon appetit when they served us, no please, no goodbye, no nothing, frankly it's true that it's small details but it's necessary make an effort with customers

08/12/2024: Coming back from Haut Koeninsburg we spotted this restaurant whose ratings gave a good impression. We stopped to eat there and were very well received in a restaurant with pleasant decor
Unfortunately the cuisine is not at all up to par with the starter of snails with oyster mushrooms, much too salty
And above all royal sauerkraut as a dish
An unimaginable horror in Alsace, poorly rinsed cabbage still full of sour brine, potatoes hard because not cooked and meat 2 sausages, a Creole blood sausage and a white blood sausage. Deplorable opinion given still paying (100€ all the same) we were told that the acidity came from the lemon and the white wine

08/12/2024: We stayed two nights to go to the Christmas markets, without a doubt a great choice for location and price (and waking up among mountains). A family hotel, without great luxuries but with a lot of charm. Spectacular dinner and breakfast. So much so that we repeated both nights.
To add a drawback… I missed a hair dryer in the rooms.
If in doubt, I would return ☺️

Each plate is a masterpiece, combining authentic flavors and careful presentations. The wine list is varied and well chosen, perfect to accompany each dish. A must-see place for food lovers!

06/08/2024: I'm going to correct my opinion because I think I'm a little harsh...in fact a little disappointed, because we like this restaurant and go there regularly. M it's a nice restaurant, service too, we eat well there, but as we come regularly then it changes the situation and a little opinion...we would like a little regular change so as not to revolve around the same dishes. ...because otherwise we get tired, so we space out our visits, too bad...
The minuses: the croutons with eggplant tapenade are average...try to spice them up with small toasted or herb toasts...something more. Croutons aren't very glamorous...
There is no starter or main course menu, or dessert course in the evening, the à la carte price is a little high...
The raspberry duck, it would be interesting to offer a separate sauce, just to be able to make a change? (with raspberry, or pepper, with truffles...) ..
The desserts, the big profiterole, the first time we find it gigantic and it has an effect, and then we say to ourselves that it no longer has any shape so lose that wow factor......it's very good !
Very good rum baba, ravioli, burger also very good.
You will have understood that a regular is good news but would like a little renewal for this ir still regularly :-)
