15/06/2026: We spent our holidays there for six years, one of my fondest holiday memories. A very welcoming family and excellent service. I loved having breakfast there. The setting and surroundings are superb; there's plenty to do: Lake Pareloup and the Aveyron region are wonderful. I have fond memories of the St. John's Day bonfires and the skittles game in the square—excellent! Greetings from Sète to you all.

24/05/2026: Fantastic hotel: the welcome was very pleasant, friendly, and warm. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just as good as the night's stay. We will return to explore the region further.

18/04/2026: A warm and friendly welcome. We opted for the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) and were not disappointed. The foie gras, rack of lamb, and strawberry tart were delicious and homemade. I highly recommend this restaurant; it offers excellent value for money.

01/03/2026: Everything was perfect as usual, except for one thing: yesterday I had three sugar donuts and one white chocolate coconut donut. The white and plain ones were great. The second plain one this morning was a little less fresh. And the third one this evening, it was so hard it felt like I was eating a cookie. They were kept in their box with the foil, as usual, but this time they tasted like they were two days old. 😐

I didn't like Pithiviers fondant before trying Cyrille Perthuisot's. The boutique pastries are excellent and refined. And what can I say about the chocolates! This is where you see the difference between these and cakes from a bakery; this is a true pastry shop, and you can clearly taste the difference! It's refined, indulgent, and generous. Without a doubt, the best place in the region!
