20/08/2026: Even without a reservation, we had a lovely evening. The sunset was quite beautiful from the table in the second row.

20/08/2026: What a view! Mesmerizing! The cuisine and service are as stunning as the view. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. The service is seamless, the staff are pleasant, attentive, and very professional. The only slight criticism I could make is the lack of emphasis on local Norman products. A big congratulations to the team at Le Belvédère.

18/08/2026: Our vacation rental was just a few meters from Couleurs Saveurs, so we thought it would be a good idea to try it. And it would have been such a shame to miss out on this excellent restaurant where the colors are not only present on the plates, but the flavors are truly exceptional. All the dishes are beautifully crafted with aromas, creaminess, crunch, and surprises like the Camembert espuma with apples poached in Calvados. Bravo to the chef! The service is also perfect, thank you ladies!

13/08/2026: The value for money is excellent! For €12.50, the lunch menu is really generous: soup, salad, 6 maki rolls, and rice... The portions are substantial, the welcome is warm and friendly, with a lovely terrace and even a free biscuit at the end. I highly recommend it! 😊

20/08/2026: Luckily, the waiter, who surprisingly also acts as the pizza maker, is funny and friendly. The tomato and mozzarella salad consisted of slices of yellowish mozzarella—it looked like the kind used for cooking—and the pizzas we ordered were completely tasteless. The tuna pizza, made with tuna in sunflower oil, was bland and almost sickening, and the vegetable pizza was barely flavorful. We're very surprised by the good reviews because our experience was awful.

18/08/2026: I ordered a pizza that arrived with a hole right in the middle, clumsily camouflaged with a slice of eggplant... The eggplant gratin was swimming in oil, and the tiramisu was incredibly dry. The owner was pushy and kept coming to our table.

21/08/2026: We chose this restaurant for our anniversary and we were so glad we did! What a find! We enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. Everything was refined and delicious. The service was impeccable and warm. The sommelier informed us about the different wines; it was fascinating. In short, this restaurant is in my top four... the top two are three-star establishments, which shows how much we enjoyed it. We will definitely return. The only thing missing was a quick visit from the chef to the dining room... hopefully next time.

02/07/2026: I came to this restaurant because their website stated they offer vegetarian dishes. The starter was fantastic (fresh goat's milk panna cotta), a real delight, a very ingenious sweet and savory appetizer. The "vegetarian" dish, however, was just a side dish with sauce. The mashed potatoes were over-seasoned; you couldn't even tell the vegetables were there. The sauce itself was very good. Seeing the Japanese influences in the restaurant, I think it's a shame the chef didn't think of a tofu dish. My grandmother ordered the fish, which was cooked to perfection. The Black Forest cake with cherry sorbet was very good. The service was impeccable.

21/08/2026: We opted for the 8-course "gastronomic" menu. The welcome was excellent, the presentation beautiful, and the cuisine of exceptional quality clearly evident. The atmosphere was pleasant in a dining room that is much more modern than before! A very good restaurant, highly recommended in Bordeaux.

10/07/2026: Always an excellent address in a charming mountain setting, like an old chalet at the end of the world. A warm welcome and the original menu from the previous owners, along with a few new additions. Of course, we always appreciate the flambéed meat and the farçon (a type of savory tart), but also a selection of quality desserts (the chocolate merveilleux, for example, is excellent). Back again in this lovely place. Always a warm welcome and delicious summer specials on the terrace. The farçon is always a success.

26/08/2026: A delightful rediscovery of this restaurant tonight. A most pleasant welcome, a cozy atmosphere, and a lovely, well-arranged terrace. The owners take the time to explain the menu and daily specials thoroughly. We felt very comfortable there, and the dishes and desserts were excellent and more than generous, all at a very reasonable price. A wonderful evening in this charming setting in the heart of Valenciennes.
