07/12/2025: Le Rendez-Vous in Saint-Martin-de-Vésubie is a true gem. May and her husband are incredibly kind: a welcome like you rarely find. Everything is homemade, with fresh ingredients and great care. The fresh pasta is absolutely delicious, as are the other dishes, always perfectly executed. You can taste the love of a job well done in every plate. A place you'll gladly return to, and one I recommend 1000%. Maryam

We always enjoy both the savory and sweet crêpes. The setting is fantastic, a superb terrace, very pleasant in the summer. I highly recommend it!

Reasonable prices without being excessive, and the owner, who wears many hats, is incredibly friendly! 14/12/2025: We regularly go to the Urtxola restaurant in Sare as a family, and it's always a real pleasure. The food is excellent, prepared with quality ingredients, and the service is warm and attentive. The setting is pleasant and welcoming. A must-visit that we highly recommend.

08/02/2026: A truly unforgettable experience. A genuine culinary journey from start to finish. The dishes are as visually stunning as they are exceptionally delicious. The decor is splendid, and the whole experience is enhanced by warm and impeccable service. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. If I could give it 10 stars, I would without hesitation, the experience was so remarkable. Special mention goes to the Fabergé-style egg with truffle and poultry, a marvel of finesse, as well as the Kobe beef fillet, which was absolutely incredible.

04/02/2026: For a first attempt, it was a success. Warm welcome, very professional service without being overbearing, dishes particularly well prepared and excellent.

22/02/2026: Very disappointed!! An interminable wait between courses; it took us three hours to eat four very meager dishes! They clearly need at least one more waiter!! The plates were served without any presentation worthy of a fine dining restaurant. The quality was there, but nothing exceptional.... The setting is very average. The price is excessive considering the quality!! The "fine dining" label is an exaggeration and undeserved.
