16/03/2026: I stopped for lunch at La Table d’Hôtes after a morning stroll through Bordeaux. A very warm welcome; I immediately felt at ease. The dining room was clean and the atmosphere quite convivial. The dishes were well-prepared and full of flavor. A simple but truly enjoyable experience; I will gladly return.

The highlight was without a doubt the owner (or rather, the lady at the cash register): I've never experienced such incredible warmth in my life. You immediately feel welcome and like a valued guest among friends. The atmosphere in the restaurant is simply wonderful and invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. And most importantly: the food was fantastic! Everything was incredibly delicious and tasted absolutely authentic – you can tell that the food is cooked with passion. A heartfelt recommendation for everyone in Nice!

23/03/2026: What a great find! One Sunday, we went from one closed restaurant to another! And then we stumbled upon a gem! Delicious and generous portions! The tuna, my friends, the tuna! A delight! Go without hesitation! (Just don't miss the door! That would be a shame!)

26/02/2026: I highly recommend Bistrot PIM, formerly Saint Vincent, having been there many times. I appreciate the stylish yet relaxed atmosphere, the friendliness of the waitress and Pim himself. The expert cooking and a menu that changes with the seasons are the icing on the cake. Don't change a thing, I'll be back.

There’s something on the menu for everyone, and each plate looks like a piece of art. 13/03/2026: This is my second time eating at this lovely restaurant, which brings back wonderful memories of the French West Indies and Réunion. It's impossible to resist the perfectly prepared rougail sausage with a coconut punch. A little ray of sunshine on a very rainy day!

07/03/2026: My daughter and I stumbled upon this little restaurant at lunchtime today. It was a real treat! The burgers were absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients. The fries were also excellent and homemade, which is rare these days. The service was very pleasant as well. We had a truly lovely time sitting on the sunny terrace overlooking the Place Ducale. We'll be back very soon.

26/02/2026: Passing through Bar-sur-Aube, I stopped at this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise! The setting is truly wonderful, a blend of the old stone walls of the cellar with simple, modern furnishings. The €29 Tradition menu (starter, main course, dessert) was very appealing. Fresh ingredients, attractive presentation, and perfectly balanced flavors. The only slight drawback was the "gourmet coffee," which was a bit average. Thank you for the warm welcome.
