10/09/2026: I just left La Traversée de Paris restaurant and honestly, it's a real gem. If you're traveling and looking for good, inexpensive food in a cozy atmosphere with impeccable service, then this restaurant is perfect. They don't treat you like an idiot; they serve excellent food, the dishes are prepared to perfection, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. I'll definitely be back as soon as I'm in the area.

06/09/2026: Very disappointed with the service. We waited a very long time before being served. I complained to the waitress, who replied in a rather unfriendly tone that there were other customers ahead of me. I argued, telling her that other people had arrived after me and been served well before me. She then realized she had made a mistake, without telling me of course, that she had forgotten to take my order in her haste. The order was processed so quickly that the pizza wasn't cooked. I sent it back. Not pleasant at all, and the pizza wasn't good either. I won't be going back.

18/08/2026: Disappointed twice by the service and prices, once for an afternoon snack and once for lunch. Lack of organization, lack of friendliness, and prices far too high for what you get on your plate. €5 for a mini Liège waffle that looks mass-produced, crepes swimming in grease and seem reheated, €5 for a mini Italian ice cream sold as a double—it's beyond ridiculous... And a "mouclade au curry" isn't just a pot of mussels with curry sauce (photo attached)... A huge disappointment.

28/09/2026: Delicious, homemade food made with fresh ingredients, friendly and welcoming staff. It was hard to choose, so I also got takeout. See you soon! We didn't make a reservation, but if you're a large group, consider doing so.

25/07/2026: My opinion will differ from the previous ones. Two problems: the wait between courses was far too long, and even though the food was generally good, the dishes were inconsistent. This was our second visit. The first time, we waited 40 minutes between the appetizer and the main course. The appetizer, and especially the dessert, were very good; the main course was good but unremarkable. We decided to try again. Today, we spent more time waiting than enjoying our meals. 45 minutes between each course. Seriously? A very good appetizer, a good main course, and a mediocre dessert. When we mentioned the wait between the appetizer and the main course, the waitress told us that the chef was working alone and that plates were cleared only when he decided to bring the next course. So, apparently, the customer is subject to the restaurant's organization, and that's considered normal. Well... Yet, after waiting 20 minutes between the main course and dessert, when our plates were finally taken away, and after a glimmer of hope that our dishes would arrive, we waited another 25 minutes... for a dessert where the panna cotta seemed nonexistent and another where the peach and goat cheese combination was missing... 45 minutes for that... in fact, the other dishes were prioritized... at the expense of ours, for a very mediocre result. What a disappointment! And all this, despite apologies and an acknowledgment of the slightly long wait, only to be told that this never happens (well, it did happen to us the first time too), that it's also part of the restaurant experience for them... well, the customer isn't there to have this kind of experience where the chef plays his part without considering the clientele, which is approved by the dining room, and all this for nearly 200 euros without even a gesture of goodwill, a complimentary coffee or tea, or a drink. It's very poor. And all this in a noisy room. But since the restaurant is packed, three dissatisfied customers who might not return are apparently not a problem. Our second visit will therefore be our last. We'd much rather try La Grande Ourse.

06/09/2026: Love the Linnet, probably the most authentic pub in Paris. Great regulars, affordable pints, friendly service, a pool table and a darts board, what more can you ask for! No food but you can bring your own. Good trad sessions on as well. The years go by and I keep coming back here.

26/08/2026: The plan was just one, but the atmosphere was good and cozy, and they were playing great music like the Pixies and Fontaines DC, so it turned into a few drinks on Saturday night. You can hang out at the bar here, take a seat at a table, or sit on the terrace.

19/08/2026: Although I don't know what authentic Italian pizza should taste like, I thought this was delicious. I bought it in the store; the staff were friendly and welcoming. I don't speak French, but we communicated smoothly using a translation app.

05/07/2026: Pizza with excellent value for money. The manager insisted on delivering our pizzas to our home when he saw we were carrying a lot of bikes. A free Coke was offered, and they were kind enough to personalize our pizza. We will gladly return.

05/07/2026: The service was good, however, the price of the open-faced sandwiches is far too high considering their quality and especially the small portion size. At that price, one would expect a more substantial meal than a simple open-faced sandwich and three bagged lettuce leaves. If you're hungry and looking for a place to eat, I advise you to look elsewhere.
