13/08/2026: Thank you! A typical French village restaurant where the people still prioritize service and show that there are still kind and helpful people in this world. After we broke down on the side of the road 20 km before the village on Saturday evening, the gentleman gave us food and wine (long after closing time) after he picked us up. To be clear, we had never been here before, and the gentleman picked us up after his day's work to take us to the village. Thank you for that! The food is prepared with love. You see that same love reflected on Sunday morning, when everyone from the surrounding area comes to drink cups of coffee as early as eight o'clock in the morning. The restaurant is an incredibly important place, not only for the village but also for the surrounding area. Over the following days, we ate, chatted, and made cherished memories on a cozy terrace with the locals. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic French hospitality.

06/08/2026: The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. It looks more like a takeaway restaurant, but there are plenty of tables inside to eat. It is a friendly restaurant for a casual family meal. Don't expect luxury, but do expect good and affordable food.

22/08/2026: I ordered the stir-fried beef and Cantonese rice noodles, but the result was truly mediocre: the noodles formed a compact, sticky mass, as if they had been stored for too long before being served, and they were cooked far too greasy, to the point that the oil soaked into every bite, weighing the whole dish down without any finesse. The taste didn't reflect the freshness of the ingredients, and I felt like I was eating reheated leftovers. In addition to this disappointing dish, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired: the table was sticky and had a small screw or nail protruding from the edge, which could easily cause injury, and the bottoms of the bowls were chipped, with traces of old dirt that completely put me off finishing my meal. All these details, both culinary and practical, ruined my experience, and I don't plan to return or recommend it.

02/09/2026: The delivery man was incredibly rude. He told me I was being impolite because I was on the phone (even though I had asked the person on the phone to wait until I picked up a package). I saw that a year ago, a man (who was reprimanded for being on the phone…) was shocked by this way of speaking to people like me and left a review… Unacceptable behavior.

26/08/2026: A very good team with excellent service. Their pizzas are made with a thick crust as a base, but if you prefer a thin crust, just ask. They also have a promotion: 3 pizzas of your choice for €20, so don't hesitate if you want to order for a football night or just for a family meal.

03/09/2026: We spent a week in Arreau at the end of August, and the bar you absolutely must go to is Café de Londres. Lionel and his team are attentive and very pleasant. Lionel is always very attentive to both tourists and regulars. Café de Londres was our go-to spot during our stay in Arreau. We have very fond memories of our conversations and exchanges. 26/08/2026: The waitresses were very friendly and smiling. The hamburgers, pasta, and croque monsieur were all very good, as were the fries. The plates were beautifully presented and generously filled. I highly recommend it. 😁👍

07/08/2026: Open only from Thursday lunchtime to Sunday, with occasional live music. Evenings are by reservation only! We received a warm welcome in a pleasant setting. We were lucky enough to have lunch alongside some artists and enjoy a small, impromptu concert! The food is delicious and plentiful. It's a very popular spot, recommended by word of mouth. I highly recommend it before the owner retires!

09/09/2026: A restaurant I occasionally visit for lunch. The set lunch menu offers excellent value for money, and the dishes are always very good despite its central location. The service is unpretentious but always professional and pleasant. There was a slight issue today: the wine served was sour. I mentioned it to the waitress, and she immediately changed our glasses, offering a small gesture of appreciation. I'll definitely be back more often.
